Aether travels to Konoha where he is greeted as an enemy, he runs into the village and uses his kagemane no jutsu to disable all in their way, he heads to the hokage administration building asking, "I wish to be brought back into this great village to be apart of what was once my home town."
He then pauses then asks, "My clan members and I will even do everything on our own to get settled, we can build buildings, build schools, whatever.." Aether then sits there waiting for a response..
