Move to Suna (Gor & Chi May Get Mature)

Lazily Chiba walked out of the hidden rain and for once it wasn't raining. Ofcourse it was raining Becuase he was leaving, fucking typical.His stuff had already been sent to an apartment in suna and he had elected to walk. He liked it, he could do whatever he wanted. He walked through the outskirts and throught a forest, taking in everything. The trees, grass, flowers and the slight breeze on the wind was one of the few sounds to be heard. The other was the rustle of animals and clank of his armour, sword and pack. A black sleeve hung losesly and blew freely in the wind marking the arm that he was missing. He remebered the battle he lost it in, it was a good fight. He choose to unsling his pack and sit up against a tree to read. So he read, oblivious to the world.

What a lovely day it was. Completely filled with rain, rain that caress her body and kissed her every inch. Oh how sweet it felt upon her. She had gone out for walk, after having escape from the perverts grasp-- it is not easy being a girl, especially if others thought you pretty. A light sigh escaped her, follow by a grin. She decided it was time to get herself lost in the forest in the outskirts of the Village. Perhaps, if she lost herself she'd find a sense of relief. Plus, she may have the opportunity of training her Taijutsu. She is so far behind it was quite a shame, especially when her father was such a great Taijutsu Master. She cringe as she saw in her head being under her father's eyes. "I know..." she mumbled, leaping from tree to tree, getting lost deeper into the forest and finding a spot that almost appeared to welcome those brave enough to face the tall and huge tree's rough and uprooted roots. The branches gave them a sense of scrawny arms reaching out for her, not to harm but to aide her. Her smile soften. "If it was ever that simple..." she murmured, kneeling down and folding her Kimono in. Trees surrounded her everywhere and the rain still reached her from a clearing above her head. It was such a gray day, the clouds were heavily packed with rain and thunder. Unknown to her a figure had been sitting against one of the trees surrounding her on the other side. Quietly, she reached within her sleeve for a silver flute and instead of practicing decided to play in the rain. Her forbidden features were hidden quiet well but completely sore due to the pressure caused by the cloth and the kimono. The song she played was soft a bit sad but filled with hope.

Chiba was their reading his book under the trees, he did t even hear the minute sounds of a person, ninja running through the trees. He had cursed Ofcourse about the rain, as soon as he had sat down to read. It had started, he wanted to move to suna already but the book kept him in place. It was riveting, ignoring the rain as best he could considering he hated it. Then as he was deep within his book, immersed in it he heard a sound. Starting off small it grew louder and soon filled his ears, he closed the book without marking the page and simply listened. The soft slightly sad melody filling the surrounding forest and hope blossomed in his heart. The song was beautiful, he looked up to see where the sound was coming from and his heart skipped a beat when he saw. The person playing it was beautiful, a girl with shining blue hair or so it seemed on the light. The silver flute perched between thin lips, her among perfect body covered by a black kimono. She was sitting and playing on a branch not far from Chiba, instead of interrupting he just sat. Listening and watching, quite entranced by the beauty of the music and the girl playing it. He soaked up the echoes as the song finished and as they died he spoke.
      " that is one of the most beautiful sounds I have ever heard" he spoke loud but soft, his one arm resting on the book now forgotten on the floor.

After finishing her melody she placed the instrument on the grassy floor and look up at the pouring sky. A smile brighten her pale face. She has come to love the rain ever since that night. Her heart skipped when she suddenly realized she was not alone. The voice of a man reached her ears and turning abruptly to the guy, she reached within her sleeves for a kunai knife. "State your business!" she ordered out of fear, she was caught completely off guard. How was this possible? She cursed herself for being so ignorant of her surroundings. Her dark blue eyes studied the man cautiously. He did not appear hostile nor sense any threat but she couldn't be completely sure. Especially when he looked much taller and bigger then her, which he had an upper advantage over her. He wore heavy armor which told her he was no common villager, a warrior and a strong one at that. The spiky blonde hair was amusing, it defy gravity and it reminded her of her old stuffed lion; this thought made her giggled unconsciously. A blush spread through her face when she caught that. She cleared her throat and stood with kunai at hand, ready to defend or attack. She continue studying him, he had eyes resembling a clear sky which she really admire even with that yellowish tint. Realizing she was studying the wrong features, she look for any weapons upon him and saw he had a katana with him. Hmm, a samurai? She thought to herself, her hair was pulled up in a bun and thankfully did not obscure her sight from a possible danger. She stood still, in an almost daring position but in reality she was scared to her very bones. Hime didn't realize but she was shaking all over. Her teeth gritted and hand turned completely white from how hard she was gripping at her weapon.

Chiba watched the girl, his blues eyes noting many things. With which his brain assimilated, she was hard to read.the first time she spoke sent a shiver down his spine, so soft and gentle. yet firm and commanding. Her dark blue eyes seemed to stare Into his soul. Her stance was solid and her voice commanding, yet emotions raged upon her face. Stern calculation, a small giggle and then reddened embarrassment. What could she possibly be things, then watched her shiver in what he suspected to be the cold. She looked soaked through, he took a while before answering. Ignoring the Kunai.  
     "I'm a ninja from the hidden rain, kazuma Chiba...I ....I was sitting here reading and I hear you playing...I just wanted to say it was lovely" he visibly reddened as he complimented the hot girl. "and I mean you no harm." he finished my throwing his katana to the side with his one arm. Turning as he did to reveal the black sleeve hanging loosely from the shoulder down. His missing left arm. He then looking up at he supple and curvy body, she was nice. Incredibly so and talented by the way she played, also a ninja. But where from it was then did he notice her headband. A hidden rain one, he relaxed and stopped assessing her as a threat instantly and went further red that he had been eyeing her.  

Hime listened closely, "I'm a ninja from the hidden rain, kazuma Chiba...I ....I was sitting here reading and I hear you playing...I just wanted to say it was lovely." her face flushed in unison with his face. She was being complimented, something she was never accustomed to, only because she was never complimented by anyone. "....and I mean you no harm." he finished throwing his katana aside. Hime relaxed a bit still not putting her guard down and instead lowered her weapon. She eyed the missing limb with curiosity. That's when it hit her, he only had one arm! How slow of her. Although, pity was nowhere to be found. She felt at ease as she concluded he was of no harm. Placing her kunai away, she tucked a strand of hair behind her human ears and walked up to the man. She never came too close to him and instead made her way around him. After having 3 feet of space between the two she knelt before him. She had watched as his eyes had roamed her body-- she didn't mind it too much, for she was used to it but it still brought a pink blush upon her cheeks. "May I ask what you were reading?" she offered a friendly smile as she rested her hands upon her lap. "I-I apologize for my sudden actions.....but you can never be too careful....." she explained in a soft voice, one could tell she was embarrassed by her tone. Not to mention her face looking away from him to hide the embarrassment. Shaking her head, she looked up at the boy and grinned. Her attitude changed completely in matter of minutes. "My name is Oni, Hime......it is a pleasure meeting you Mister Kazuma." her eyes closed, her face brighten and a smile played upon her pink lips. The rain slowly ceased from pouring and drizzles of rain drops were replaced instead. The scent of soft yet spicy lavender grew stronger upon Hime due to the rain, it intensified her perfume. "You may call me Hime." the girl said with a slight bow.

Chiba watched the girl, of he could say one thing. She was incredibly polite the greeting and introduction combine with the bow was almost ceremonial. He also noted her slight blush, had she seem him check her out. He sighed and sat back down cross legged, the rain went into a drizzle which he was thankful for and it brought with it a nice smell. A perfume, the scant of lavender creeping off Hime and up his nostrils. It was quite nice. Her embarrassment wasn't needed he thought. 
    "no I understand that someone like yourself can't be too careful" he smiled, blush disappearing. His one hand going to rest on his scabbard that wasn't their. "me just reading some military history, tactics used and great battles. It's a ninja thing" he chuckled. He was pleasantly talking to her and it was great. He didn't get on with most people but conversation with Hime seemed to flow out of him. He ran his gauntleted hand through his slightly wet hair, the blonde streaks showing brightly.
      "so Hime why are you out here in the rain, I means dressed like that too. You look like your freezing...here" with the he took off his waterproof cloak and offered it to her. "and where did you learnt to play, it beautiful" he had to ask. He had been enthralled for a second earlier he when he first saw her, he had thought she was some  enchanting forest spirit.

Hime gave him a thankful smile, "...yes, like myself..." she repeated softly, a weak smile appeared on her face for a brief second but suddenly faded to that genuine smile of hers. "Me just reading some military history, tactics used and great battles. It's a ninja thing.." she heard him answer, her face brighten with interest and her eyes glittered with complete curiosity. "That's fascinating....I really admire that from warriors as yourself...." she told him with a sense of pride, "....." her lips open to say something but decided not to. Hime blinked at the blonde young man, "Oh, well..." she started, "....I meant to go out and clear my head.....decided to do some training. I was unwilling to head back home to change....plus, I don't mind the cold nor the rain." she smiled looking up at the drizzling sky. "It's actually comforting...." she watched as he offered his cloak which she politely turned down. "Thank you, but I'll be fine." she assured the gentleman brushing away a strand of hair that had been trickling her nose.

Another sneaky blush invaded her milky face, "Oh, my mother....she was once an entertainer, traveled all over and she knew the secrets of any musical instrument.....a beautiful and mythical dancer I heard she was. She's always been forcing me to play and dance....I'm no master, but I enjoy what I know." she explained with a gentle smile as she had taken her flute out, showing him the glittering instrument, eager to be played. The dense forest felt as though it had a life of it's own, a soul, a beat and a mind. The gentle light filtering through the branches caressed Hime's face. The wind whispered the secrets of this ancient forest, secrets only known to those who are willing to listen. Animals rustle through bushes, dashed over the trees, birds chirped forgotten songs and cries of wild animals echoed through the woods. Hime took in everything. "Mister Kazuma..." her voice was low, almost timid, there was something about her tone-- desire? "....would you mind if we sparred?" she asked with a coy smile, her arms were folded before her, hands gripping on her kimono. It's hard for her to ask anyone to spar with her, but perhaps asking a total stranger wouldn't be as hard as asking someone who knew you as a weakling. Her eyes averted away from his. The lower part of her lip quivered secretly, she bit the inside of her cheek. "....I....I need to train with someone who won't judge me.....and well.." she chuckled, "....if you do anyways, I won't feel completely bad if it's a total stranger." she shrugged.

Chiba smiled as she said prideful and how could he not smile, hers was so lovely and infectious. He thought she was gonna say something else about it but when she opened her lips no words came out. Taking  back his cloak not bothering to put it back on but he contemplated that she was quite opposite to him. He hated the rain with a passion. It was just his luck that he had been stuck in a place known for raining constantly. She was right though, she didn't look cold at all. She wasn't shivering or anything. She just looked soaked through and well it was good that she wasn't wearing a white kimono. Her body was  quite.....well it showed that she was fully endowed as it was. Then she explained her enchanting musical talent, it was fascinating. But Chiba wondered why she blushed, maybe it was because she didn't like dancing or maybe something else entirely.  He looked looked at her instrument, suddenly blindingly Bright and sparkling as the sun shone through the clouds.He watched her as in that moment she seemed totally at peace and relaxed, face with a nice look on it. Then she spoke, her voice filled with emotion. Low but injected naturally with...with need? Desire even?
      Sparring! He suddenly thought as she said it. he didn't know why but he was slightly disappointed. He loved a good fight but....Hime looked...he shook his head as she said she didn't want to be judged. She was right he should judge her, if she wanted to spar.Then he would, watching her movements closely to see something. The way she avoid eye contact,the tight grip n her kimono. Was she nervous. 

"Ofcourse Hime" he said with a smile as he pushed himself up before continuing.  "it would be an honour and pleasure, but on the condition that you call me Chiba okay?" he said smiling to her. Chiba undid the clip on his gauntlet which was u a pain. He had to use his teeth to undo it.  But soon it fell off along with his shin and shoulder guards. Then quicker than it expected all his armour had come off and was lying in a neat pile next to the tree, along with his pack. Walking over he picked up his Katanna. "it's not right that I spar in armour with someone not prepared. Not judgement just my way" he said, standing in his plain black under clothes. A simple shirt and cargo pants, with quite large pockets containing his ninja equipment. His sword still in it's scabbard.
              "ready when you are princess" he mocked lightly, sticking his tongue out playfully to show it was a joke. The slow drizzle of rain slowly soaking down his body, he took in the surrounding. Every detail and formulated a plan. This was going to be fun.

Hime raised her face and saw his quizzical face, a sign of disappointment flashed his through that pale face of his, which puzzled her. Was he expecting something else? Her blue eyes rested upon his, watching him cautiously with an expectant expression. "Of course Hime." she smiled at his answer, her eyes brighten with delight as she raised her shoulders up in a perky manner. Her smile turned into a toothy grin, flashing him her white teeth, her nose wrinkled. Hime withdrew her hands from her lap and raised them up to her chest. Condition? she ponder in her head, her smile slowly faded but not before he stated his condition. That smile turned into a sheepish one--it was nice feeling. Hime nodded, "Of course C-Chiba-san." Hime replied with a smile. Those blue orbs observed Chiba cautiously, reading every movement he made. Automatically, her body became keenly alert, her eyes caught everything, her ears listened closely, her nose took in every scent and with a gracious movement she stood. The way she stood gave her a presence of nobility, her chin raised high and arms were crossed before her. "It's not right that I spar in armor with someone not prepared. Not judgement, just my way." he told her as he held his katana, standing in his plain black under clothes. A simple shirt and cargo pants, with quite large pockets containing his ninja equipment. Hime saw the sword, it was in a deep slumber yet eager to be used in battle, like every weapon.

"Ready when you are princess" her eyes automatically narrowed dangerously, glittering like moonlight reflecting in a rippling water. His tongue stood out playfully, teasing her like a kid. It was cute and in a way, comical. She could already see he was building a plan, "Easy there tiger." she giggled, her voice rung like chimes from excitement, the playful and mischievous side submerge slowly. It only surfaced with specific people. It was obvious she was eager to show her best to this complete stranger-- she just hoped she wouldn't disappoint him. Hime shook her head, "No more negativity..." she mumbled to herself, eyes closed and lips pursed together as she stretched her arms back. Hime allowed her kimono to slide, hanging upon her forearm and undid the part that held it together, the sash. Her beautiful, silky, black kimono slid down graciously to the grassy ground revealing a white, tight tube top and black spandex shorts. She slid her Geta off, leaving her bare footed. The forest, as though realizing what was going on, became still and silent for the two. The only sound that filled the forest was the sound of rain, it began to pour. The rain, eager to kiss Hime's pale skin, ran down her body, caressing every inch and leaving her completely soaked. The only thing "protecting" her precious forbidden ears and tail. The tail was wrapped around her curvy waist as an accessory belt, no one would suspect anything and her ears hid under the tight bandanna cloth that covered her head. There was more to her outfit, she wore a waist pack backward, two extra large pockets wrapped around her thighs and on both her arms a pair of kunai rested in their sheath. As much as she wished to use her weapons, she began to rid of any unnecessary weight. She wasn't going to needed, more so, she didn't need it to train her speed. Perhaps a kunai knife, but that was enough to block any piercing attack.

"I will not hold back..." her voice sang with motivation, with a small bow she flickered in a poof of smoke out of his view and there she was gone. She had chosen the art of obscuring her presence to attack her target. Hime had to be extra careful, the rain was going to be tricky business-- it might aide her but as well as her "rival". She would have to use the art of complete silence-- if possible. Already hidden amongst the trees, she began to do a few hand signs. They were signs for a clone jutsu. She could not underestimate this fellow and began to set several booby traps with raw material from the forest and several needles and a yard of metal string hidden between her bosoms. Her breathing became completely still, her heart beat came to a close stop as she made her way around like a feline circling her prey.

The Training Has Started.

Chiba smile broadly as she said his name, even if it was a little forced. Hime was incredibly formal. Like nobility even the way she stood, it seemed she had an aura of elegance. He noticed the squint of her eyes as he called he princess, did she not like it? And then her grin and reply. It made him feel incredibly happy, he almost never been able to talk to someone. he was useably  Unsociable  and didn't talk.
      His mouth fell open as Hime allowed her kimono to slide, hanging upon her forearm and undid the part that held it together, the sash. Her beautiful, silky, black kimono slid down graciously to the grassy ground revealing a white, tight tube top and black spandex shorts. Well it showed her body off perfectly. Lovely pale legs, leading up to the round curves of her hips. Then back in on the slim waist and her breasts, in that white tube top...was stunning. Was...was..could he see her nipples through the top,he couldn't tell. It might just be his imagination. Neither the less he went red with his mouth open , it was a while before he relised too. He closed  it quickly and looked away.
              "I will not hold back..." Hime said her voice sang with motivation, with a small bow she flickered in a poof of smoke. It definatly  but him back in fighting mode. "I wouldn't have it any other way" he murmured.
  
He looked around into the tree line and says nothing, he extended his senses and still. Nothing but the tap tap of rain amongthe leaves. She was trying to draw him out into the trees, a trap. He signed he was not one for a game of cat and mouse. He closed his eyes, spreading one foot forward turning his body so as he brung his foot around in a slow arc. The sword in his one hand followed the movement directly. Hand around it scabbard, right in the middle. His hand slid down to the hilt with practiced experience. He flicked the blade behinde him and drew it for it scabbard in one motion.  His breathing slowed, deep and easy.  The scabbard fell to he floor as he swung his blade,he forced chakra into it and sent a wide cutting wind towards the trees. It would cut them in two and what ever she had planned. Sorry to spoil the fun he thought, the scabbard his the floor straight up as Chiba whirled round. He sheathed the blade with inhuman speed and grace.

OOC: Sorry for the long wait! Also, sorry about my next post...I'm not good with fighting writing, so this will be like training/practice for me as well.

Hime's body screamed, shaking her every sense, warning her she was in danger of being sliced into pieces. Crouching low, she watched intensely as he swiftly and with such amazing grace drew his blade. It was unbelievable, with just one hand motion Chiba swung his blade, sending a violent wind filled with breathtaking rage toward the trees, toward her! She hadn't noticed the danger she was seconds away from. Her glittering eyes had distracted her, they were too busy watching his sudden change. One minute he had been polite and friendly, the next he is completely serious and handsome. A light blush crossed her face as her eyes widen, a fluttery feeling filled her chest. If it weren't for her fast reflexes, she was sure to die. Hime dashed away from the hungry wind, it didn't help much, she could feel the wind pierce through her skin. It wasn't much, perhaps a few scratches but enough to leave stinging sensation. She glanced down at her arms, there were small and rather long cuts on them, blood dripped; of course the small wounds had to bleed more when it wasn't serious.

Branches slid from where they once hung, a loud thud and crackling sound reached her ears as branches and even a few trees fell to the ground, in defeat. Defeat. She couldn't be defeated that easily. It's obvious Chiba was not one to chase, only choice was to come to him. She hid before a few bushes, far from behind Chiba. Letting out a sigh, she dashed out into the clearing and went for the strike. A kunai in hand ready and eager for it's meal. Meanwhile Hime had been caught up in the moment, she hand't felt the pressure of her cloth that covered her ears change, it was slowly unfolding and risking her secret be revealed to a complete stranger. Her hips twisted, her left arm swung from a side, slicing vertically from the back to his legs.

Chiba watched as the forest split under his fury, his wild rage. The unforgiving wind. He watched as branches feel and the sound of thunder as trees hit the ground with earth shattering might. he watched intently as the dust settled, for a split second before his cutting arc. He could have sworn he'd seen hime's glittering eyes, right in the path. He hoped she was alright, after all if was only sparring and he didn't want to hurt her. Why would he want to hurt a beautiful girl like that. His eyes turned surveying the area, she was alive and she was intelligent. She's relise that he could fight at long range and could avoid ambushes by not having to move. Shed have to come to him.
     He turned as he felt her presence, time slowed as he forced chakra into his muscles. Moving faster that humanly possible, he took him the situation. He switched and turned on his heel as he saw her vertical. Bringing his sheathed sword round he flicked it round his fingers. The pommel of his sword connected with her delicate hand holding the kunai with quite some force. Not enough to break fingers but enough to bruise and ensure that she dropped the kunai. It would probably bruise too, for that he felt sorry.
     The kunai did infact leave her hand as his was flung past his cheek. He felt the white hot pain as it dug deep opening a wide wound upon his chee. He winced in pain and felt the warm sensation of blood drip across and down his neck. This didn't stop him from acting, he kept his blade spinning and ducked, striking out with his leg he tripped her over. In the instant she hit his blade flashed and wake across Hime's throat. He was kneeing down next to her, blade drawing the tiniest bead of blood.

"Hime, do you yield. You fought well" he smiled "unfortunately I dont fight like a conventional ninja and my specialty is Kenjutsu. But you speed and agility is..bloody amazing, you.." then he noticed it, this close how could he not. The cloth that held her hair in place had fallen away...and...and..his eyes widened and mouth held open. Their on her head, we're ear! Cat like ears! He could believe it cat ears! What was she.....
         "H...H-Hime " he faltered, he removed the sword "you..you...your ears! " he exclaimed. Not mowing what else to say.

Everything happened so fast, one moment she was close to impact a blow and in mere seconds, her kunai had been removed violently from her grasp. A soft winced escaped her lips, closing one of her eyes in pain yet watching as her prey had turned into the predator. She watched with awe as the knife swung past him leaving a long cut on his cheek, enough to make it bleed. Hime's thoughts were completely mushed up. It was too late to react and feeling a strong strike on her calves, she felt herself harshly drop fast to the hard ground. "Eep!" an animal-like squeak escaped her. She felt the air leave her once the ground connected with her back at such speed. She gasped, the pain was unbearable (she wasn't used to pain yet) and she bit her cheeks within to prevent herself from shedding tears. Her eyes became slightly watery. Trying to collect herself as soon as she could, she tried to push herself off the ground in order to flee but was cut short by a sharp blade against her throat. It wasn't completely pressed but enough to draw small beads of blood. A soft gulp emitted from her tiny throat. Her blue eyes looked up at Chiba, a sign of disappointment flashed her face, she expected more from herself; but it could not be helped.

"Hime, do you yield. You fought well" he smiled "unfortunately I dont fight like a conventional ninja and my specialty is Kenjutsu. But you speed and agility is..bloody amazing, you.."

Hime felt slightly happy inside, but it wasn't enough to actually lift up her spirit. "T-thanks..." she mumbled reluctantly as she lay there. Her mind became still and clear, not that it would help now but she was glad she was able to think clearly. Then it happened. When did it became loose? She did not remember. But it did not matter anymore. The fact is, Chiba saw what she had been hiding from the rest of the villagers and outsiders. As if on cue, her tail slid free from where she had wrapped it to. Her blue eyes suddenly became lighter, pupils became smaller and her body trembled. Oh no. In a flash she smacked his blade away which in turn only caused her to wound herself, creating a deeper cut then the others ones. How ironic. She rose so fast, her head became light but without hesitating she fled from that spot, from him.

Her chest ached, her stomach became sick and she felt as though her insides were about to spill out. Tears were daring to pour from her hazy, light blue eyes. Father and mother won't be please! Hime thought, but what it was worse.......she had let her guard down and then was revealed so easily without any intention to. How could I let my guard down?! she cursed under her breath as she dashed from tree branch to tree branch. Her hair whipped furiously behind her, that deep black hair of hers swam through the air as she ran away as fast as she could. Hime forgot her belongings back there, not that she care but her flute had been left behind-- it was one of the items she treasure with all her heart. At the time she hadn't remember, all she cared was to get as far away as possible. The sky began to pour furiously at this time, thunder and lighting empowered the sky.

Bad timing, Hime was not the type too fond of thunder....especially when it only brought bad memories. Hime tripped on accident as she jumped from fear at the roaring sounds the sky made. She fell from the branch, came crashing hard against the wet, grassy and muddy floor. The mud accepted her fall, attaching itself on her back , her head, behind, arms and legs. Her cat-like ears flatten against her skull and the tail, as though it had a mind of it's own wrapped itself around her.

"Hime...Hime!" he uttered as what he thought was a nice belt unfolded and happened to be a tail! He looked at her  blue eyes as they suddenly became lighter, pupils became smaller and he felt her body tremble. From, from fear.In a flash of surprising strength and sweet which totally caught Chiba off guard. smacking his blade away which in turn only caused her to wound herself, creating a deeper cut then the others ones. He winced as he saw the pain in her as he fell  She rose fast, faster than he had seen and without hesitating she fled without looking back.
       "Hime! HIME!" he found himself shouting after her and before he knew it he was on his feet chasing after her. He stopped suddenly skidding to a halt as he relised. Mixed emotion plagued his mind and he struggled to keep them all in check. And...and was what was this feeling in his stomach, like it had a knot in it, his heart was also racing in thunderous beats. Like drums in his ears. What should he do? She has fled from him like Chiba was a monster, was she that scared that she..she had shown her secret. He could only guess that that's what it was. Was she scared that he would tell people or call her a freak.....was it right to chase after her. Was..was it Becuase she didn't want to be judged. 
          It was in that moment he was looking in the direction she has run off, that he saw the glint of silver and relised. What was he thinking! He could just let her run off, he had to chase after her! Becuase ...Becuase in his heart he knew it was the right thing to do. 

Chiba's blade was sheathed in an instant and forced chakra into his leg muscles. There was a slight whistle as he moved with inhuman speed. He had a terrible sense of direction but he could track. His hand shot out and scooped up the glittering object shoving it very carefully in one of his pocked. He soon found Hime's trail, he slowed but only slightly. The mighty boom of thunder filled the air with lightning cackling in the dark. Rain began to pour, he could feel his very being become soaked but he didn't care. He stopped when he heard the slightest whimper, a girls voice. Hime! He heard another cry as the thunder struck and then he saw her. His heart suddenly sunk and he felt sadness fill him. Had he done that to her. Their lying in the mud, slighly to the side lay Hime. Dirt covered her body and mixed with blood on her arm. Her cat ears were close against her muck filled hair, flinching slightly. She whimpered with eyes closed tight eveytime thunder came. She looked so helpless and afraid. He had caused this to Hime, he'd hurt her. He jumped down , approached and sat besides her. 

"it's okay Hime...." he said softly, gently pulling her out of the mud and held her into his chest. Holding her their with one arm delicately. "the thunder can't hurt you and look its raining again" he hoped she talked back but he didn't care. Trying to comfort her was all that mattered "I don't like the rain much, but atleast it'll washe the mid off you and show your beautiful features..." he relised that he was just talking and probably embarrassing himself and making it worse. He suddenly felt realy bad, his heart sank.

Hime laid there, motionless yet her body quiver whether it was from the fear, the cold, or the thunder, she was unsure. Perhaps, it was everything. A sharp pain shot up her arm, which she responded to it with a wince. Her nose cringe in pain as she pulled her hand up to her chest. Blood trickled down the ugly wound that was covered in mud, staining her clothes. She stared at it, her eyes dripped with tears, not from the wound but from the noisy sky. Hime did not even notice the tears that were staining her cheeks. As she laid on the floor, she sat up and brought her legs up to her chest. Her arms snaked their way around her thin, muddy legs and slowly she pressed her forehead against her knees. Hiccups, began to escape her as she sobbed quietly. Now and then, a small squeak would emit from her, due to the crashing sounds of thunder. Her hair stuck to her body, bangs cling against her forehead and eyes. She was a complete mess. Lucky her parents weren't there to see her like this, it would have embarrass her to no end.

Thoughts raced through her head as her heart ached like never before. The secret she worked so hard to keep had been revealed. Well, half of it. Hime tighten her hands into a fist. Kept herself tight in a ball as the rain pounded against her arched back. Hime was close to a small pond that was a few feet away from behind her. She never noticed Chiba's appearance, never thought he'd give chase. As he approached her, her ears caught the footsteps of someone walking up to her. Her head shot up, her eyes wide in shock but never moved from her spot. She was paralyzed with fear.

"it's okay Hime...." she heard him say softly, her eyes watched as he gently pulled her out of the mud and held her into his chest. Hime's heart skipped, another unexpected thing happened, one after the other. She was speechless, her arms were limp at her sides as he held her. Her breathing became silent, they were steady yet deep. Eyes looked past him, still wide and lost. Hime was unsure what to do. The tears that had ran down her cheeks began to pour harder. Him holding her had triggered those tears. Unable to actually move she buried her face into his neck, hiding her tears as well as looking for some sort of protection from the thunder. "the thunder can't hurt you and look its raining again" his voice reached her ear. The sound of his voice was calm and soothing, not a deep tone but neither high. Hiccuping, she gripped onto his clothes, crying like a complete child. "I don't like the rain much, but atleast it'll washe the mid off you and show your beautiful features..." Hime couldn't help but laugh between her sobs, it was such an awkward moment to say such thing but she found it amusing and helped calm herself to a degree.

Chiba looked down in her, feeling both sad and...and well he didn't know. It was a many mixture of feelings that he couldn't describe. He liked how she pressed her head Into his chest, it was. Nice. Was the only word he could describe it, though he didn't like that she was crying. He never liked seeing anybody cry, let alone such a pretty girl.  Was it the rain or did she seem to be crying having since he had started holding her. He wondered, her breathing calmed and she no longer jumped at the thunder. She was calming down, was it him or was she just...he didn't know...her soft sobs and hiccuping. While she clinged and gripped , she was like a little girl. But not in a bad way, they're was something so cute and innocent about her. Despite having cat ears and a tail, she was just a normal girl afterall. When she chuckled, he found himself smiling to with a slight chuckle of his own.
          It got him thinking how awkward and...well the situation was. He reddened slighly at the thought of holding her as he did. And suddenly felt very nervious, a tight knot forming in his stomach. What to do it such a situation, he's never been in one like. He only done it Becuase  it felt right, somehow. Had he been inappropriate or somthing. He looked down again at Hime almost burying her face into his neck, no she didn't want to go. Or atleast it seemed so, she wasn't trying to claw herself again. He felt her shiver and instinctively held her closer and tighter. He didn't know what to say, so he kept silent. Not trusting himself. He didnt know how long the sat their like that and he didn't care. It was then he realised, how stupid of him. He slowly let go of her with his arm and reaches slowly into his pocket. Pulling out her beautiful silver flute and bringing it up so she could see it.

"I picked this up since you left in such a hurry...it seemed so important to you" he said with a smile, his voice held happiness. If it was her treasure then hopefully seeing it again might cheer her up. And by the way she acted he didn't want to ask any questions about why she had animal ears and such. 
     "could...could you play me a tune" he asked out of the blue "it would be lovely to hear" and it would, a soft melody at this point. Had he just made things better or worse he wondered. He cursed himself, you would she play for him at all.

Hime's chest tighten when he chuckled in return. Feeling a bit more awkward then fear or feeling like crying, she kept herself where she was at. Not because she wanted to be close to him, although it did feel nice being so close......Hime's face blushed. How could she suddenly go from crying to thinking like this. She tried to clear her head properly, she had to figure out what to say or do after letting go of him. However, his scent distracted her, it wasn't cologne but natural scent-- it was nice, manly. She stopped her thoughts quickly from wandering off about his scent. Her body tensed under him when she sense his suddenly become nervous, which only caused her to become uneasy. Was he planning on doing something? The movement of his head looking down was felt, which made her stiffen under his gaze. The moment he tighten his hold, closing the gap between them, Hime had automatically pushed herself from him. She winced at the stinging sensation that crept up her arm. His arm still wrapped around her, she did not dare to look up and feeling him let go, she saw his hand reach slowly into his pocket. Her eyes stared intensely. Then felt relaxed and even delighted to see what he pulled out of his pocket. It was her silver flute, the one gran-gran gave her before her death.

"I picked this up since you left in such a hurry...it seemed so important to you" he said happily, a smile played upon his lips. Hime wanted to cry again. How could she thank him? His kindness was grateful, if she had lost such treasurable piece, she would not have known what to do. Her hand reached out to take the small instrument. Fingers brushed against his. She did not dare hold it with her other bleeding hand in order to avoid dirtying the flute. "could...could you play me a tune" he asked out of the blue, "it would be lovely to hear." Hime arched a brow at him. What a sudden and odd request, yet she did not refused and slowly placed her lips upon the delicate instrument. The sound of harmony wrapped itself around them. Slowly, yet surely, she began to feel herself become at complete ease.

Chiba was shocked as she pushed away from him, did she...his thoughts soon changed as he smiled at hime raising an eyebrow at him, he must be weird he thought. But he was happy Becuase she was. When he handed her the flute and she delicately took it into her small hands she looked like she was gonna cry again. But this time, from happiness.  Or so he guessed. But then despite his odd request she brought the flue up to her soft lips, for a split second he saw his reflection in it. It was both him and Hime together, they looked...nice. That thought quickly vanished as she started playing. The soft and sweet melody filled his ears and straight Into his head. The sweet sound she make with the instrument were enchanting. Before he knew it his eyes were closed and a sweet smile upon his lips, imagination fully taken hold. At first the notes played of the sun rising over a beautiful land. A bright filled land with clear blue sky, no cloud in site. Fields of green every where with Little creatures  scurrying about then as the tune changed he imagined something else. 
       A starry filled night with a large pale full moon lighting up the entire area. Their on the hill stood Hime, in the most wonderful of dresses that enhanced her already beautiful good looks into something angelic. Her cat ear and tail displayed proudly to only him. Her slight smile with closed eyes make his heart skip, he lent forward in his imagination to kiss her but the image faded as Hime stopped playing. She had fished her tune, he opened his eyes slowly. What had he just imagined, his face was warm as he felt it flush. Slightly red due to embarrassment and look at the way he had been holding her. It could have been considered.....intimate at the very least. He looked down at her, looking at her now. Like he had done in his imagination. She....she couldn't feel the same way...hell he didn't know what he felt. He'd only met her! It was then he noticed her arm.

"your arm!" he exclaimed softly, taking it slowly and gently so he could take a look. The cut was slightly deep, not enough to need stitches but would need seeing to. "here let me take care of it" he let go and delved into his large left pocket. His own wound totally forgotten about even though it probably should be treated. He brought out his one and only med pack, quickly withdrawing some antiseptic "this might sting" he said softly as he applied it, cleaning her wound. She flinched and withdrew her arm slightly but he carried on. Once it was clean. He put some tape on the end if a bandage stuck it to the edge of her arm and applied the bandage. What a pain it was to have one arm, he rolled it round as tight as he could. To stop the bleeding, once he finished he was at a loss of what to do.
    "so Hime are you okay..I mean..sitting her with.. I errmm.. Thought.. It" he stumbled on his words, looking quiet embarrassed as he went further red. 

Hime's eyes fluttered open and watched as Chiba gave a pleasant smile with his eyes closed. She was sure an image played upon his head, she was glad her melody could enchant someone like him and with a few notes, she could see his cheeks burn red. What had he thought? She wondered curiously as her ears raised up, tail sway side to side with the melody of her flute. After she was done, she smiled at a worried Chiba.

"your arm!" he exclaimed softly.

"Oh, it's n-" she was cut off by a wince when he pulled her hand to him. "here let me take care of it" he stated already getting his aid kit and aiding her wound. She watched him closely, her eyes studied him. A chuckle escaped her, how could she think he was a threat-- he reminded her of a golden retriever licking her in a comforting manner. "Chiba-kun..." she flinched as the pain throbbed, "....thank you." she finished with a genuine smile, brightening her pale face, eyes closed. After he finished wrapping his wound, she noted the arm. "It must be tough..." she thought out loud staring rudely at his missing arm. She tuck a few strands behind her ear as she moved closer. It appeared she was going to kiss him, their faces were close that she could taste his scent.

"Hmm..." she stared at him, or so it looked. Taking the med pack, she searched for alcohol, taking it and cleaning the cut she inflicted accidentally. After placing some antibiotic, she patched it up with a bigger band aid and smiled as she moved away from him. "There....we're even." her head tilted to the side, a smile played on her lips. She giggled softly as he stumbled over his words but it slowly faded, a troubled look played on her face. Looking down and moving her position until she was kneeling down she began, "I'm alright....don't worry.... I just..." she trailed off glancing at him. "....No one has ever seen me...with..." she was looking for the right words, ".....this." she finally said, pointing at her twitching ears. Another soft laugh came from her, "You know...I should be the one blushing now..." she teased, her hands folded before her lap.

"...." her head turn to look at the sky, they must have been in the woods for quite some time. "Uhm....I must leave..." she stated, started to stand, ".....my parents must be worried about me and.....I'm not quite decent..." she looked at her muddy self. "It's getting late too.." she added as the sky began to darken.

When Chiba was seeing to her wound he stopped for a moment, kun. She called me chiba-kun. He visibly brightened and worked ever more carefully. He remained silent as she commented on his missing arm, it was indeed hard but he didn't make conversation as something unexpected happened. She tucked a few strands behind her ear as she moved closer. It appeared she was going to kiss him, their faces were close, so close he could smell her real scent. It was nice, more than the perfume. Staring into her lovely eyes not knowing what she was going to do or how to act to it. Was she going going kiss him, he couldn't believe it. He didn't know whether he was disappointed when she looked away and when into his med pack to get alchohol. He resisted the flinch and didn't even make a face of pain as she cleaned it and put a big bandaid on it. He couldn't take his eyes off her, Hime's smile was enchanting "There....we're even." her words were soft and played in his head.
      When he stumbled in his words, she giggled only to further his embarrassment. He stopped and  was concerned when she looked grave."I'm alright....don't worry.... I just..." she trailed off glancing at him. "....No one has ever seen me...with..." she was looked confused searching for the words ".....this." she finally said, pointing at her twitching ears. Another soft laugh came from her, "You know...I should be the one blushing now..." she teased, her hands folded before her lap. He was about to reply when she stood up. Her parents would be worried and her in that skintight suit was....temping at the very least. He stood up too.

"well errmm...I know it surposed to be and all, so don't worry I'll keep it if it's what your worried about. And well I've..I've well I don't..think of you any different Becuase of well your secret" Chiba just managed to put together the sentence. It was true he had seen Neko's before in pictures but not see or knowing one personally" you just a normal girl" he finished. Then she said she would have to go and his heart sank,mhe didn't know why but he wanted to be with her. So he perked up.
      "yeah we can go back to get your kimono and if you don't mind" he scratched his head while blathering on " could I walk you home, it's not and safe and...and.." he was then at a loss of words.

"Thank you" her gave him a charming, thankful she could trust someone in her life. IT was a bit adorable to see a strong warrior stumble over his choice of words. Hime bent over, kissing his cheek. "I am grateful for your kindness,...." she bowed her head. Her arms were folded behind as she began to walk but stopped when he offered to walk her home. "Uhm." she was a bit uncertain about being walked home. It wasn't that she did not want his company but about her parents. "...Sure." she decided she'd get walked home but not all the way. She smiled, tilting her head. "I aplogize if I make you nerveous..." she suddenly blurted out, the way he spoke to her, not certain how to let it out kept her thinking it was due to her deformations.

Hime's smile as always was nice, it made chiba smile in an infectious way. Then she leant over kissing him on the cheek lightly. He kept her soft warm lips upon his skin and his faced reddened slightly. As she pulled away he put a hand up to the wet mark, he was slightly surprised. No lipstick but he could feel where her thin wet lips had been. Then she bowed to him and he looked down at her, she was so polite it was unbelievable.they walked together as she though about him walking her home and he wondered why. Why did she.....her parents, odds where they were Neko as well and had the same secret. They would be nervous and suspicious so it was probably.."..sure" she chimed and loved at him head tilting into a smile. It made his chest warm and he was suddenly happy. Again he found himself smiling.
        "I aplogize if I make you nerveous..." Hime suddenly blurted out and the way she looked at him, he didn't know how. But. But he knew what she was thinking and it was entirely not true "it's not you...I just havnt..talked to many people, let alone girls.. I've mostly spend my time alone, training, reading or fighting." he said in a low voice, Quite embarrassed. Due to that he hadn't had a social life, he hoped that he'd get to know Hime better. They arrived at the clearing where they had fought soon finding her kimono. He handed it to her and looked about for his armour. Finding it and his bag, he began the incredibly slow process of putting it on. It was a struggle even thought everything had clips, his one hand finding it hard.

Hime smiled when he informed her, he never really spoke to anyone let alone girls. "Ah, I see. Well, I hope you get use to it then." her smile was now playful and a hint of boldness could be noted when she said that in a gentle yet playful tone. She watched as he handed her, her clothes, thanking him afterwards. Blue eyes followed after him, he tried putting his clothes on but was having a bit of trouble. She unexpectedly appeared from beside him and helped him out with the armour, "Mm.." she mused her eyes watching as her hands moved on their own. Hands brushed against his clothes as she made sure to have it all correct. It wasn't hard for her cause her uncles had similar armour only used on festivals but still the same thing. "There.."she finished with a pat on his chest, "Ready for battle..." she chuckled as she turned, to get the kimono she placed on the ground. "....It's soaked...." she laughed at her idiotic remark, of course it would, it had been and still is raining. The thunder had faded by now. Placing her kimono over her arm, she turned to Chiba, a clean and angelic smile brightening her wet and dirty face. "Shall we?"

Chiba smiled back at Hime, she realy was his opposite. She was bold out going and friendly. He found it hard to place her tone, it was all over the place but it was very positive. He wondered whether it was his lack of experience or that he was just too dumb. Shrugging he put on his armour and was very surprised as she materialised next to him and not only that, helped him with his amour. She was good putting it on fast and perfectly, she was full of surprises. How did she know how to do it he wondered. He was slightly embarrassed and protested "you..don't..I...can" he tried to say but she continued anyway ignoring him. Soon he was in his armour. 
     He blinked not once as she turned to him a clean and angelic smile brightening her wet and dirty face. "Shall we?" it was so beautiful despite her messy hair. Chiba couldnt exactly talk his trousers were muddy and face bloody, he wasn't in a state but he was getting their.  He found himself offering her his one hand before he knew it. Walking her home! He would be embarrassed now, what...what if she didn't take it. That would  be awkward, incredibly awkward in fact. He realy was stupid.  Why would she take it it wasnt like she had too....he was regretting almost immediately.
