The 3 uchiha siblings had reached the forest of death without much trouble, with the help of itachi`s genjutsu skills, miru`s knowledge of the ANBU and sasuke`s jutsu`s, they had managed to get unnoticed in.

It was sundown, the sun was setting, and when the moon was full, their would beging the assult. Miru was sitting next to itachi, looking with a emotionless face into the fire, dressed in her akatsuki cloak.

Itachi was watching her with the corner of his eyes, and with the other he watched sasuke.

Sasuke was standing guard looking through the forest With his sharingan activated, He scanned the whole tree line and the ground line, Nothing had moved for about 2 hours..But if something did His mengekyo would surely take care of what ever it is.


"Miru, When Is the anbu At the least numbers at night."

As the three of them sat there, a small silver crow shot in front of them. Letting out a blood curtailing shriek, it landed on the shoulder of man who was roughly 100m from the trio. Smirking, he slowly wade he way within distance to get a view of them. "Hmm, three people, akatsuki by the look of it." he mumbled quietly to himself. Standing up, he made his presence known to the group, appearing as a large man wearing a jet black hooded cloak, devoid of any distinguishing marks.

Angeal Mishima the wandering Swordsman was sleeping soundly his travel to Konoha had been troublesome. many a Bandit had tried rob him, and he had to kill the fools and dispose of their bodies which was such a hassle. He was woken from his blissful sleep by a blood curtailing shriek. "Kuso" he muttered getting to his feet almost slipping off the Branch since he was groggy. He yawned and looked about no one was in his line of sight but he could sense three maybe four chakra signatures off in the distance.
" I hope its just some Genin Brats fooling around" as he took off to tell these people to he was trying to sleep

Yuudai was spending a few weeks in the forest of death and he had a small camp set up: A fire, and a cloak for a blanket. He was sitting on a fallen tree and poking the fire with a stick to make it keep going. He heard some people talking about 2 kilometers away, it was very faint, and he could barely hear it. He started walking toward the source muttering curse words, he was tired and had a headach, and he didn't want to hear anything but the crakle of his fire.

Both miru and itachi had noticed the 3 other chakra signatures, but miru picked to inorge it"..2:40...then we will have about 5 minuts of running time befor the next squad arrives..". The young female uchiha turned her head to the hodded stranger now.

Itachi got to his feet, his sharingan turning on along with miru`s, he didnt say anything for awhile and simply observed him befor finaly speaking. "What are you goals here?", he said in the emotionless voice, noticing a second chakra signature comming closer.

Sasuke Sensed the other chakra coming towards them was Yuudai's He could always tell the Uchiha's Chakra For some reason, Must of picked it up from his father. Sasuke Eye's were throbbing to release his mengekyo To destroy this man in Geinjutsu..But he didn't want to blow their attack.

"Name the reason your here, and no one will be hurt.." Sasuke sensing another chakra's presence coming towards him from the other direction it was slowly arriving.

"Oh, you mean little old me." Zodiark kept his head down slightly, shielding his eyes with the hood, so that only his mouth was visible under the shadows. "I'm here for my own reasons. Whether they concern you or not is something only time will tell." He turned his head towards Sasuke "Oh, and i wouldn't be so quick with your looks that kill kid, it won't be as simple as that with me." The silver bird on his shoulder let out another blood curtailing shriek before shooting off into the forest.

Angeal was not happy he landed a few feet behind the Akatsuki members. " I woke up because of you guys " he yawned again "you all have black hair im going to guess your all Uchiha" he paused and caught sight of the other cloaked figure " I hope you ninja just leave me out of this . . . go on fight each other. . . I just want to go back to sleep" but just to be safe he drew the Lightning Fang from its sheath. His head turned to the direction of the last and weakest Chakra signature " and so the boy comes to fight with the men" he muttered mostly to himself

Yuudai was walking lazyly toward the source and heard more people talking, "SHUT UP! I got a headach! So shut up and let me go to sleep! My reasons for being here are none of your bisnuess, Sasuke." he said as he finally got into the small group of people he saw: Miru, Itachi, Sasuke and two others he didn't know.

hearing yuudai`s voice got the uchiha female to react. Miru got to her feet and turned her head towards the newly arrived 3 strangers"..hmp..Yuudai, leave this place now..", she then turned her head to angeal"im sorry we interruptet you sleep, i can assure you we will be leaving in around 2 hours, so you can go back and await our leaving..", she then turned her head to Zodiark"..say you point straigt, what is you prupose of being here?..if you just want to talk, this isent a chit-chat time..now..leave", she said turning her back to them.

Itachi eyed his younger sister but keept quiet, she had pretty much summond up what he would say.

Sasuke eyes were beating badly just to unleash on the man in front of him but He couldn't blow there cover he had to attack kohona for sake of his clan. "Alright im sorry Now may we be in peace I'd really liked to go to sleep now.."

Sasuke looking over a itachi, his eye almost changing into his mangekyo fading back and forth.

"Now now, you should be more hospitable to a person in my position." Zodiark raised his arms and shook his head. "You have no idea who i am, and you have no idea what my little bird just left to do." He was silent for a moment, letting them think about the possibilities. "But don't worry, i'm just as wanted as anyone else. But i am here for you three." he pointed at the trio he had originally found. "The rest of you can leave, you might get hurt if you stay."

Angeal chuckled at the black cloaked ninjas statement "I would Gladly bleed to see the Uchiha die." he grinned "would you like some help non Uchiha-san " he asked charging the blade with Lightning nature Chakra. the light that was generated by the chakra illuminated the Swordsmans face, His Blue eyes glowed and he licked his lips in anticipation " and he whispered to himself a verse from something his mother read to him as a child "Dreams of the morrow hath the shattered soul Pride is lost Wings stripped away, the end is nigh"

"*sigh* I'm not leaving until I know what you guys are doing here, and shut up I don't want to hear you talk right now" he said to the cloaked person. He then pulled his sword outof it's sheath and it turned blue with chakra.

Miru let out a little sigh and let a scroll slip out of her sleeve, she opend it in a quick movement, bit her finger and drew a thick line of blood, follwoed by a poff of smoke. A snake on around 6 meters, thick as a big log, were curled togeder by her side, lifting its scale head, oppening the mouth, hissing, having its venom drip from on the grass, melting the plants. Miru then looked at Zodiark"..if you wish to do us company..proove youself and remove this..angel..and little boy..", she said lifting her head, her mangekyo shinning in a warning way.

Itachi observed the snake himself befor letting a kunai slowy slide down into his hand, hidden inside the sleeve, his 3 tomed sharingan looking at the younger yuudai.

Sasukes mangekyo was hidden under a shade from his Long hair, The moons light showed his pale face but not his eye's. Sasuke Body lit up in a full body chidori, His whole body was covered with lighting, it showed his mangekyo when the lighting sparked across his face.

"If your going to fight you better hope your not a weakling..." Sasuke said looking over at the big clocked man standing in front of him, Looking him straight into the eyes.

"Please, i'm not in the mood for mindless violence." He held his hands out to the rest of the people. Sighing, he dropped his arms down to his sides and looked up at the sky, his hood falling back, revealing his slender face, slicked back silver hair, and green eyes. "What the hell am i talking about." He looked at the group with a sinister look on his face. A light began to shine out of his right sleeve, than in an instant the sleeve was incinerated all the way up to his shoulder as a large tiger made of lightning shot from his open hand crossing the field and passing between the trio in the middle, coming within inches of Sasuke's head before splitting into two and heading for Angeal and Yuudai.

Sasuke face still emotionless his lighting all around him would of sucked the other Strangers jutsu dry, There was no need to flinch or duck for cover. Sasuke turned his head looking back at the jutsu traveling behind him.

'mmm Lightning attacks' the wandering Swordsman grinned and pushed more Lightning Chakra into the blade,l He had hopped to counter the charge. The Tiger collied with the fang. Angeal was pushed back several feet by the attack his jacket was had caught a flame, but he simply cut off the flaming leather with some wind chakra "I like you you have a certain spark not seen in most ninja" he grinned he formed a simple hand seal and four shadow clones appeared and took off in different directions " The moon is so nice just makes me want to Dance " he licked his lips and charged towards the Silver haired nin lightning Fang fully charged and waiting to sear it his flesh. Angeal jumped over Sasuke "Dance of the Crescent Moon " he shouted slashing downward as the four shadow clones attacked from each side.

"Ahh screw this." Yuudai said and began walking away, "Just please keep the noise down so I cango to sleep."

Itachi turned his gaze to yuudai"..a wise choice..we cant have our young ones die.."


Miru hadent moved but when the 4 clones surronded the now un-hodded man, the female uchiha opend her cloak, withdrew her katana from the back and ran towards the "angel", man. The snake followed and sunk its venom fangs into one of the clones, while miru slashed towards the other 3.

Before Miru could reach the clones, Zodiark threw open his black cloak, revealing his blue jacket and black vest. Reaching back into his jacket, he pulled out his twin katanas Heaven and Hell. Pointing them to either side he shot two of the clones in the chest, causing them both to disappear in a puff of smoke. He then spun around, slicing through the third clone and blocking Angeal's sword with both of his. Pushing him away, Zodiark looked at Angeal and said, "An Angeal descends from the skies, only to be thrown aside by an earthly demon. Seems rather poetic." He than turned his gaze to Miru "As for you, run back and wait with your friends. It insult me that you think i would need help."

Angeal had a faint smirk " Missing Nin how your back"
while it was true th silver haired nin had destroyed three of his four clones the fourth attacked from behind "Kaze no Yaiba" it said sending the blade of winf towards the back of the enemy while at the same time Angeal ran through handseals "Katon: Karyū Endan" he took a breath and released a steady stream of bright yellow flame in the nins direction

Miru simply hmped and sat down by the fire.
