It was not often he took time off to enjoy himself, but tonight would be different he needed to recharge in the coming weeks he would track down a number of leads on the whereabouts of one OrangeMasked freak named Tobi. He needed a drink

Itachi and miru had been told by pein(after orders of madara), to be on stand-by a couple of days since their target apperently hadent arrived in the village yet. The 2 siblings had stayed the first couple of days in the mansion, but since sasuke got called off to do some work with taka, and that the ANBU had said they would seach the mansion soon, they had been ordered to be on stand-by in the mist.

Miru wasent wearing her ANBU uniform, insteed she was wearing a simpel black tank top, darkgrey pants and ninja shoes, carrying her own and itachi`s headbands and akatsuki cloaks in a shoulderbag. She was sitting with itachi(sleeve-less black shirt, hair tied in ponytail, black tranning pants and ninja boots), in one of the more popular tavrens in the misty village.

The Red Leather Clad swordsman walked into the busy tavern and was treated like a Hero as the Last Mishima the village civilians honored him and the Mist nin showed him respect. he asked them all to leave him in peace and they did just that, Mishima Angeal, the Angel of the Bloody mist was one not to disobey " two bottles of sake and a bottle of Bloody Screech " he laid down his ryo and collected his 'light' drink he spotted the Uchiha siblings rather easily and made his way over to them "you children should add a little color to your wardrobe"

"sorry we dont prefer wearing red leather", miru simply replied, taking a sip of the green-leaf herb tea, something the 3 siblings had a weakness for. Itachi hmped and turned his gaze up to angeal since he was sitting"the reason you borther to talk with us is?"

Angeal chuckled " Ah Red is a good color " he set down a bottle of sake and uncorked it. he turned to Itachi taking a sip from the white bottle " ah Itachi-san along time no see How is Madara does he still molest you and your brother" he took another swig

Miru easily noticed itachi`s fingers tighting around the cup were his tea was in, but she simply made eyecontact with him for a second and he calmed down.

"madara-sama never molest us..he is simply guideing us to a better furture for our clan", came miru`s responce, her emotionless face looking at him.

The Swordsman chuckled at this "Bookcase girl is still so naive" he said drinking once more. " You have no Clan the Uchiha's wont last much longer ... if the sweet little girl you two produced is proof enough of that" he took another drink "you see Itachi and Madara made a rather stupid call"

Miru let out a sigh"this is waist of time..if you just gonna say how foolish our actions are, please leave", she said looking emotionless at him, itachi staying silent.

Genesis eyed the girl "please try and make me bookcase girl" he smiled darkly " you will hear of your mistakes from the man who has been watching this 'Clan' of yours since Madara was still pissing his own bed " he poured to cups of sake "now let us have a drink as family should"

"...", this had the uchiha female shut up, lowering her gaze, simply looking down into the hot steaming tea. "..hmp..and since when did you care about family..genesis", itachi said, eyeing the red leather wearing man.

" Ah but I always have I cared enough to warn your Father Fugaku about the cost of his actions . . . though it would seem even in this perfect body my advice falls on deaf ears " he sighed taking a drink " You should have left the woman and children alive Itachi or at least the Children ... the chances of the clan reviving through Shiro is very low ... and well Miru I cant see you producing many more Children "

"...you know very well why i didnt..", itachi said eyeing the man befor letting out a small sigh, feeling a little tired over 5 days of constant travling.

"..i have many years to live in..", the uchiha female simply answerd"..besides, i dont see it going well with the susanoo family either hm?"

" ah but Raiden doesnt want a clan he wants a Family more so than anything but than again Susanoo dont have a bloodline as long as the slug has a way to escape Madaras grasp things dont really matter he could take any number of wives the girls in this village would throw themselves at him if their parents didnt hold them back" Genesis turned to Itachi " and you there were ways around mass slaughter Had you challenged Fugaku for leadership of the clan things might have turned out better but you are just like your name sake ... you should have at least warned your mother and a few of the little girls to run like you did Miru here" he sighed

Miru let out a sigh, clearly remebering the night were fugaku had forced her to kill off her best friend"well...its to late now, and theres nothing we can change about it...", miru saw her oldest brother being more emotionless than usual and looked at genisis again"..you here to point out the problems of the past, or you getting somewere?"

" I am and I am not you see I feel like even if I did want to say you would ignore an old offshoot of great and noble uchiha " he said sarcastically "it is simple you want to be free of Madara well the only way to do that is to seal him away. the Reaper himself must make an appearance and claim the 'soul' of Madara" he said darkly "and for that your going to need the scroll of sealing ... or a copy of said jutsu and seal needed ... guess what I have"

that had the 2 siblings lift they head and looked at him, miru would had said it, but oddly enough itachi picked to speak now"..the scroll?", he asked, in a emotionless voice still through.

" Correct I have the original scroll which was first created by Hiroshima Senju and later added onto by each Hokage" he smirked "but you see nothing is free everyone must pay with something in order to get something" he smirked "and the scroll and your clans freedom comes at a high price"

itachi was about to ask what he wanted as payment befor miru broke him offf"..tell me what you price is and i will give you it..", she said, her eyes looking into his, determend.

Angeal smirked " Why I want to found another great clan of course and Ill need a loyal wife or wives to do it of course . . . but that doesnt need happen now .... I will also want my Summon contract back and this bodies family sword"

"...i cant intrust you with the family sword and my mother`s summoning befor we secrured you a wife then..", miru said with a emotionless face.

" you listen and listen well little girl the sword never belonged to your family and as to the Crow Contract my name is the third out of the twenty seven that have signed it over the last one hundred and fifty years your mother was the Twenty fifth I would hardly call it her's" his eyes were narrowed and then he chuckled " Miru does not yet fully understand what I mean . . . take sometime and think about everything I have said" he leaned back in his chair downing the rest of his sake and cracking open the brown glass bottle of rum

"but!-", "miru..calm down..", itachi said, his black eyes looking into hers. The 2 siblings shared some silent moments befor miru setteld down, folding her hands in her laps, head lowerd. Itachi turned his gaze to Angeal"..genisis...-sama, may i request that my younger sister keep the contract with the kazomo?..he said he dont want to be seperatet from miru since she reminds him of...our mother...so if you can allow my sister one of the many crows..i will handle it so you can have the sword and contract tommorow night"

Genesis nodded "I only want the physical contract you can summon whoever you wish Miru-san . . . you will only get the Scroll of sealing when all terms are finalized " he said drinking the rum straight from the bottle "its good being immortal booze hardly effect you at all" he grinned

Miru let out a reflifed sigh, she had been afriad of loosing the soul summon scroll her mother had used the day befor the clan was murdered, and it allowed miru to summon her spirit, it was also the strongest of her summons.

"hm..its just troublesome when it affect the wrong onces", came itachi`s response, sounding calm.

"Well Miru you see to have relaxed and Itachi san looks as calm as ever " he said eyeing them both "For geniuses you both are very slow to realize the weight of what ive asked" lone black wing wrapped around him and he vanished to the Susanoo attic
