When will it end!? Stuck again...

That was it! She couldn't take much more of this. It was the third mother that decided to take their baby into the hot spring and the third time she had to clean up the "little accident" they left behind.

"Little Miracle, my...@#$!"

She swore inwardly to herself while shoving a large broom over a stained spot over and over. She was beginning to think that she should have ran this morning when she had the chance. Her family has to keep watch on her constantly so she wouldn't run off into the next village without permission and cause trouble, which in fact she was very infamous for locally. Restaurants would be missing some of their cellar stocks, locals would call in 'Disturbing the Peace' complaints or just plain "She's missing again with father's store wine!!"

When time came it was to go home, she tore off, not literally, her work clothes of a white apron and matching attire, throwing it off to the side then continued to storm out of the door with the hot springs owner yelling after her about her own mess.

"And what are you gonna do?! Fire me?! That would be fabulous news!"

Her feisty side was kicking in once more. She only really showed it when something bored her too death... And oooh did this job bored her to hell. Some of the passing pedestrians just turned their heads thinking: 'It's another normal day...'

That's what Avari thought was the problem of this village was.

Yuudai was wlaking through the village and saw a girl who seemed to be pretty pi$$ed off. Maybe he could help, eventhough he wasn't good at that sort of thing. He walked up to her "Hello" he greeted.

Kaminari wandered around Yuga aimlessly. 'Where did he go?!!?!' She spun round in a circle, having no luck with finding him, so instead decided to adopt another style. "YUUDAI!?!?!" She screamed, before sitting down on the spot. "He can come to me.."

"Hello."

She replied in an automatic tone. She began to bite her knuckles again thinking of her next more. Maybe a more permanent one. She was particularly paying attention to her new company but she seemed well aware of his presence.

"What do you need?"

She connected her fists to her hips before looking over him. Her ears seemed to have twinged a little of someone yelling in search.

"No reason, you just seem pi$$ed-oh, my teammate is looking for me. I'm on a mission, I guess I wandered away"

"A mission, you say?"

Her voice curled up into curiosity along with her arms which crossed over her chest.

"Where exactly are you from, Stranger?"

She continued with a bit of a friendly emphasis on "Stranger."

"Oh, I'm from konoha,, my name is Yuudai Uchiha"

Kaminari growled under her breath and looked around. "YUUDAI?!?! SERIOUSLY..WHERE ARE YOU!?"

A glint in her right eye noted she had a plan.

"Please to meet you... Yuudai... I'm Avariella Ikai. Or just Avari."

Leaning back on her right heel a bit, she looks over Yuudai's attire.

"So tell me... is Konoha quite far from here? I've heard of it very much and... I intend to... visit... one of these days"

She struggled a little to find the right words. She heard another yell of Yuudai's name.

"Tch. It looks like you may have to leave soon unless you're staying for a day?"

"Yea, we're escorting someone here and we lost him. Hold on a second please" he went over to Kaminari and grabbed her wrist leading her back to where he was "This is Kaminari, my teammate for this mission"

Kaminari looked around slightly confused, then looked at the young girl Yuudai had just spoken to. "Erm..Hey?" She said in a confused tone, giving the girl a little wave.

"Pleasure to meet you."
She smirked a bit.

"Would you two mind if I tagged with you back to Konoha or wherever else"

Her voice hushed down a little.

"I'm due for a change of scenery from this place."

"Sure, you can come...I guess. You'll probably have to have permission first"

Kaminari chuckled. "Sure..it's fine with me...if you don't need permission from your village you're quite welcome to come with us. Oh and Yuudai...if you wander off and get attacked I get the blame you know!!"

She gives out a hearty laugh.

"Please, I have all the permission I can get... a lot of my elders tell me to get out and travel..."

She recalls a couple occasions where a few restaurant owners threw her out of their shops for sneaking wine.

"If there any problems we may run into, I'll take full responsibility. What do you say?"

Kaminari shrugged and smirked slightly. "It's fine with me."

He shrugged too "Yea, sure you can come, but we have to finish our mission first"

Kaminari chucjkled again. "Yeah I already found the guy...he's safe. S'all good." Kaminari began to slowly walk away, cracking her neck as she did. "I'm gonna go home now. Feel free to follow.."

Yuudai caught up with her "On to konoha! Another mission complete...High five" he said holding up his hand for Kaminari to high five it.

A small voice broke out in Avari's throat.

"Ah... Go on ahead. I'll meet you at the edge of town. I need to go grab something real quick..."

She was sure she wasn't going to leave without her prized possession, her pole- arm named "Lion's Fang."

"See ya there, Avari! Let's go Kaminari, race ya!" and he sped off to the edge of town.

Kaminari giggled slightly and high fived Yuudai. When she heard the girl speak she turned and gave her one last smile, before carrying on ahead, not bothering to try and catch Yuudai.

After watching her new acquaintances walk off, she heads back towards home, a bit more eager than usual. Konoha was farther than she has traveled so far and was more likely for her to hide her for more than a day before she'd be forced to return. It was quite exciting but her rational thinking got into her head again. Should she make this trip to scare her folks again? Then again, they've gotten so use to it that it's almost certain she always comes back the next day. Maybe this time it'll be a little different. Maybe she should just tell them for once where she was going.

'Oh... I thought I was thinking rationally.'

She noted to herself. The only really thing that tied her here was her younger half-brother, but he's should have grown enough to fend for himself now. Right?

Avari's eyes winced a little after biting through enough skin to draw a little blood on her knuckles. She was thinking to hard again. This wouldn't be the first time she would have left without a word so why think so much about it now? Unconsciously, she arrived home, with no one inside as usual. Her husband was off on a simple mission, her brother at the academy, and her parents off doing who cares why. She peaked around the corners through the house, working not to be seen, in case there would be company inside. She eventually came to her room. Practically empty, practically simple.

Avari was never really allowed to take much home. Her parents always said it was an influence to her ever growing rebellious mind. She stepped briskly across the floor mats, kneeling down in front of her closet before sliding it open. On the ground was a long-pole, wrapped at the very end to cover a blade. It was given to her by an old friend. One she hasn't seen since long ago. She tosses it over her shoulder, making a few adjustments to the straps and harness, before rushing out the same door she came through.

She took to the roofs instead of drawing eyes on the streets to her pole-arm, taking in controlled breaths and pants as she ran and hopped until she caught the village's edge in sight.

Avari slid down a depression atop one of the roofs near three figures, two familiar and one not so much.

'That must be the one to be escorted.'

"Sorry to keep you waiting. I hope it you didn't have to stand long."

"No problem, we had to visit the kage and tell him that we brought this guy back." the man started to walk away, "We can go now"

Kaminari gave Avari a little wave. "You know..we never did swap names.." Kaminari offered her a hand and smiled politely. "I'm Kaminari."
