Sneaking Around

Jace sighed "Come with me, Kabuto isn't here anymore. his evil chakra isn't here. I have more things to explain anyways. Maybe i can help you maybe i cant." Jace shook his head "But if you rush in blindly kabuto will either kill you or use you then kill you"

Setsuki was quiet, not sure of his last few words, but she knew one thing. She was going to bring Kabuto back no matter what, and she knew all too well she was not going to fail. "Please do not take too long.." She says, knowing her Uncle could die any day now.

Jace nodded and started to walk out of the cage, something about being in here made him impossibly angry. He needed to get out. Once they were outside jace sat against the tree. "alright listen, kabuto runs three different bases filled with human experiments. One in the south the far west and here, rumor had it that when orchimaru died kabuto sealed some of orchimaru's DNA inside him, but. Kabuto was too weak his normal side was just. Evil enough to keep orchimarus DNA under cover but the sannin is slowly taking over" jace looked at the girl and pulled out a map marking the southern base "he'll be here tomorrow, that's where he kept my friends"

Setsuki stared at the map, taking in everything she had just heard. ".. I'll.. still save him!" She exclaims, her mind dead focused on 'saving' her cousin.
"But at least one problem is out of the way... Orochimaru." She said. Setsuki had once fought the legendary Sannin, coming very close to dying if it weren't for her uncle who managed to heal her. Since that day she had feared Orochimaru to a great extent, but now hearing of his passing, it relieved her.

Jace sighed "Orchimaru isnt dead, In every single Curse marks bears parts of his soul. And kabuto..He is at least half orchimaru right now. Their souls are fighting in kabuto's body. Look Setsuki, I can see your chakra its pure. Dont go down this road"

Setsuki shook her head. "No, I said I've come this far, I'm not giving up now!" She retorts. "I will save my cousin! I will bring my family back together!" Setsuki gained that look in her eye, that she wasn't going to be changing her mind any time soon.

Jace sighed, "Then let me come with you? If things go bad at the very least i can protect you." Jace shrugged and Crossed his arms. Looking up at the girl.

Setsuki was surprised. "Protect me..?" She inquires. But then she thought about it, maybe it would be best to have someone to go with her. Setsuki closed her eyes and nodded. "All right." She said, agreeing to team up with this person.
"I'm Setsuki.." She said.

Jace nodded and extended his hand "I'm jace" He flashed his otogakure headband.
"What are your skills as a ninja, Besides the ones i already copied"

Setsuki shook his hand, staring blankly at his headband. Her Sunagakure headband was already clearly showing on her forehead.
"I'm a Water Style User.. and I know little medical ninjutsu.." Setsuki's voice trailed off, she knew she could say some things, but she thought she shouldn't tell him everything, just in case. She was once foolish enough to team with a stranded Oto ninja once in order to keep each other alive, but she was betrayed. Setsuki shook her head to remove the thought from her mind.

Jace nodded and got up "Im a water user too, and i have a blood line. My eyes let me copy any jutsu i see. Only once, I can also trail a person by their chakra" Jace smiled "Shall we get going? Im sure you in a hurry to see that i was right"

Setsuki gave a nod. "Yes.. lets go." She said. She was eager just to speak to her cousin, so naturally she wanted to get moving as soon as possible. Setsuki stood up straight and looked around the area, seeing if there was anyone around.

Jace blinked and his eyes turned purple. "Three men to our right, modereate level chakra, Fire style users and all bad from the look of their chakra. We can run or fight up to you" Jace looked back at setsuki waiting on orders

Setsuki thought about it for a moment. "It would be smart to have as less injuries as possible.. we should probably run.." She spoke. After all, she wanted to save every ounce of energy she had for Kabuto.

Jace nodded and started running towards the direction of the hide out. He stopped using his eyes, Figuring that if he needed to save this girl he would need every ounce of his chakra and strength. He also thought about betraying this girl. Wondering what he would need to do to incapasitate her. Shaking his head he decided it wasn't worth it

Setsuki followed 2 feet behind him. Wondering where he was leading her. She had many suspicions about him, but she'd have to put them aside for now. After all he said he'd help her, right?
Once inside the hideout Setsuki looked around cautiously, raising her guard just in case.

Jace sighed and looked at his companion "were here, might as well dive in" jace started walking towards to hide out. He looked back at the girl as the wind picked up around them "he's here I can feel it"

Setsuki's eyes narrowed at the path ahead. A look of confidence and eagerness glued to her face. She wasn't worried about this guy any more, because now her mind was set straight on Kabuto, nothing else.
"Then lets go." Was all she said as she continued to walk.

Jace held his hand out, "when I said he was here, I ment litteraly. He's behind you" jace stared at the shadow in the forest "his chakra is so evil I don't even need my eyes" hello again, kabuto

Setsuki immediately stops and turns around. "Kabuto!" She exclaims, now staring upon her beloved cousin. She was in shock seeing how he was being taken over my Orochimaru's DNA, but she knew it was still him inside. Setsuki felt butterflies in her stomach, was it just the feeling of excitement of being face to face with him after so many years of searching for him?

Jace watched the pair, chakra in the soles of his foot, he was ready to run. To save himself or setsuki he wasn't sure which

Kabuto gave them both a frown. "Well well.. what have we here..? An Otogakure helping a Sunagakure ninja?" Kabuto inquires in a dangerous tone - clearly in an unhappy mood.
"Kabuto!" Setsuki exclaims. "It's me, Setsuki!" Her voice was beginning to be desperate, she wanted him to recognize her, after all, how could he not? Unless of course, he has forgotten his past and moved on, which is most likely.

Jace growled. "you destroy my clan, my life and you don't even remember my name?" have growled his eyes glowing purple. He stared at kabuto "your chakra, is horrible it reeks of evil"

Kabuto looked at Jace, his cold, emotionless eyes locking into his. "I don't need to remember anyone. Nothing is important to me now, but power. Now get out of my sight before I kill you." Kabuto then turns to Setsuki. "And you, Setsuki.. I've told you before. I've moved on."
Setsuki shook her head. "No! You don't understand! Uncle Takashi, your dad! He's dying!" She exclaims, now pleading. "Please Kabuto, reconsider, come back!"
Kabuto closed his eyes in annoyance and fixed his glasses. "Why would I care for him..?" He inquires, his voice sounding like a small growl.

Jace growled and ran towards kabuto. His anger over whelming him, he drug his hand on the ground coping a jutsu "earth style, sinking swamp" he had hoped to catch kabuto
