Sneaking Around

Kabuto just let out a small sigh. "Foolish.." He mutters under his breath. "It's naive types like you that are better off eradicated." Kabuto in the blink of an eye did a few hand signs. "Dead Soul Jutsu."
Suddenly out of the ground, arose three lively bodies. The three could be recognized by Jace in an instant. The very three of his friends that had ventured off and never came back, now standing in front of him, somehow their bodies all in one piece.
"Kabuto please.. stop." Setsuki moaned under her breath.

Jace stopped down dead in his tracks he saw his friends. He was to stunned to defend himself as they attacked. He fell to the ground and growled as the three body's attacked

Kabuto watched in amusement, oh how he loved to meddle with people's emotions, tear them apart mentally. To him, watching people tear themselves apart is much more entertaining than killing them himself. Kabuto stood back with his arms folded.
Setsuki had been a victim of this jutsu once before, and she wanted to help this boy. Setsuki bites her thumbs and after performing a few hand signs, places a hand on the ground. "Summoning Jutsu!" She says, and poof - a rather large snake, it's length twice as long as Setsuki's height. Kabuto's attention turns to the snake.
"Ah.. well well it's been a while since I've seen that snake... Keahebi if I'm not mistaken." Kabuto said, stating the name of the snake. For some reason, the snake seemed more darker than it usually is.
"We'll stop you! Right, Keahebi?" Setsuki implies. The snake sniggered and turned around to strike Setsuki abruptly. The snake told Setsuki when they first met, that Kabuto was it's old master and that he had abandoned it, however, it's now proving to be a lie. Setsuki had no time to react.

Jace didnt know why but he moved. He was now infront of setsuki. The snakes fangs in his shoulder. But jace has won. Sticking a knife into the snakes brain. He started at kabuto then looked back at setsuki "believe me yet?" jace's eyes glowed purple he watched kabuto and grinned, he extended his palm and grinned "my best jutsu, water style water coffin" jace closed his fist as the sweat abd water in kabutos body condensed and imploded much like the kazekages jutsu. When jace looked kabuto was gone. Only his cloak was left, all three of jaces team mates were gone too. Jace fell on his ass and sighed in pain and nearly outta chakra

Setsuki stood there in shock of what had just happened. He was gone. Kabuto was gone. This was not the outcome she was hoping for. Setsuki looked down at Jace and preformed a few hand signs, was she going to attack him after that??

Jace looked at the girl, too tired to even use miraai, he growled softly but otherwise didn't acknowledge her. He picked out a small sliver of tooth that was in bedded in his shoulder "if your Gunna kill me, do it."

Setsuki shook her head as a green aura began glowing around her hands. "I'm not going to kill you.." Setsuki said, kneeling down to him. She immediately put both hands to his shoulder, beginning to absorb the lethal poison. "That snake.. we've been companions for years, it's bite can kill within minutes if nothing is done about it.." She explained, focusing her full attention to his shoulder.

Jace nod and sighed closing his eyes "Do you believe me? Kabuto isn't saveable. He is evil setsuki" Jace growled as the poision left him, It hurt going in and it hurt coming out

Setsuki remained silent, and just focused on getting the poison out. Once fully extracted, Setsuki closed her eyes and sighed. 'Sorry Uncle.. I failed.' She thought, then sat on the ground, zoned out like she was deep in thought.

Jace sighed too and laid back, He closed his eyes and sighed spacing out. After a few hours Jace got up and extended his hands "Come on, No point in sitting out here all night. Let go to town we can stay in a hotel or something i'll pay. At least recover"

Setsuki had watery eyes when she opened them. "There's no point.." She spoke. It's unlike her to speak like that, as she's usually a very optimistic person. Setsuki just sat there hugging her knees sadly.

Jace sat infront of Setsuki, He wasnt one for making people feel better, "Lets go after him again, When i heal up. Maybe if we can catch him we can persaude him your family still loves him and itll make him see he needs to come back"

Setsuki looked up slightly. "But..." She breathed, she was unsure. What if her uncle had already passed away? Setsuki hugged her knees tighter and sat her chin on them, staring coldly into the distance. She blinked to try and unsuccessfully hold back a tear. She didn't want to be alone.

Jace ran his fingers thru his hair. "look at least come to town with me, we can figure out what we wanna do" jace stood up and held out his hand

Setsuki stared at his hand for a moment before taking it, reluctantly. She still had suspicions about him, and the more he said he'd help, the more she remembered that Oto ninja she once helped. Setsuki sighed.

Jace smiled and drug setsuki up waking slowly towards town. He smiled to the lady at the desk of a hotel, have paid upfront for a large room "you can have the bed. Sorry I only have money for one"

"No, you have the bed.. you need it, you're injured." Setsuki retorts, giving a small smile, then facing out the window. 'Am I still not strong enough..?' She thought. Setsuki shook her head. 'No, I just didn't use any jutsu or anything. I only summoned Keahebi..' Setsuki knew that next time, she'll have to really put up a fight.

Jace ignored the girl and flopped on the couch, Groaning when he fell. Shaking his head and smiled "Go, Lay in the bed. Next time we'll capture him"

Setsuki frowned slightly, knelt down beside the bed and looked under it. Her suspicions were still rather high. After seeing nothing under there, Setsuki laid on the bed and rolled onto her side clutching the pillow while staring out the window.
Setsuki was a lot more tired than she had thought, and after only 2 minutes, she was sleeping soundly, however, a small grimace remained on her face while she slept.

Jace slept through the night and got up before setsuki, Deciding to let the girl sleep and re wrapped his bandages and ordered room servise. Taking off his shirt jace leaned against the balcony he had left the food by setsuki's bed. He looked out onto the horizen watching the sun rise

Setsuki's breathing suddenly became short and quick, sweat began covering her face. She clutched the pillow tightly as tears leaked out from her eyes. Her entire body tensed up. She began mumbling things like 'No', 'Don't' and 'Alone'. Clearly having a bad night mare.

Jace heard the girl and smiled slightly. Walking over he sat on the edge of her bed and shook her shoulder lightly. "Setsuki, Wake up your having a nightmare"

Setsuki clenched her teeth. "Don't leave.. me alone.." She mumbled, but then after being shaken Setsuki's eyes snapped straight open and she shot straight up into a sitting position panting from fear.

Jace caught her so she didnt hurt herself or him in fear "Sorry, You were having a nightmare, I thought it best to wake you..I got you breakfast"

Setsuki looked at Jace in the eyes for a moment before looking to the side of her bed. "Oh, thank you.." She said then wiped her eyes and gave a loud yawn. She stretched her arms and arched her back until a light crack could be heard. She then sighs of relief, feeling more awake now. She examined the food, suspicious of whether it may be poisoned or not.
