kintiyu was taking a walk around the old training grounds and she stopped and ducked behind a bush.she saw a white haired girl who looked oddly familiar...

The girl brushed her hair from a side of her face, revealing a brown eye. Naka's eye. She looked at the clouds and sky, smiling lazily just as Naka used to. As no one was there, she dropped her guard and let her true personality arise.

kintiyu had a feeling she should go tell darkamaru about the girl but curiosity took over common sense and reason.she crept a bit closer,careful not to make a sound.

The girl beamed and warmed her face to the sun. She didn't notice anything around her. She was naive and a bit too trusting when time comes. Her brown eye looked at the clouds with mirth. "Ooh, a monkey..."

The white-haired girl trailed the pattern of scars on her right arm lightly. She smiled dreamily as she stared up at the sky.

'Crap crap crap!' Aiden jumped from tree to tree, his feet leaving the branch of each faster than it could respond. He had forgotten to warn Naka's former team, Team 13 about 'new' Naka.

kintiyu was knocked over with a scream by aiden's sudden arrival."AIDEN WHAT DID YOU DO THAT FOR!!!!!"than she realized he ws back and immediately after yelling at him she was standing next to him smiling as happily as ever."hey aiden when did you get back whos that wheres naka are you glad to see me?"

"I got here three weeks ago, and yeah, I'm glad to see ya." He looked up and saw the girl looking at them with fear. She was terrified, and began to run away. "Naka! NAKA!" Aiden chased after her, dragging Kintiyu along.

"so wait a minute thats naka?HEY NAKA REMEMBER ME???IM KINTIYU YOUR BEST BUDDY???"

Naka stopped in her tracks. She turned around, touching her lip. "...best buddy?"

"Gotcha!" Aiden tackled her and the two fell onto the ground. Naka was pinned under him, and Aiden was sitting somewhere below her hips. He was pinning her arms down with his own. "Naka, this is Kintiyu Darkadow, she's a good friend of yours too."

"Eh? Really?" "Yes, really," Aiden said. He got off Naka and pulled her up. Now Kintiyu had a clear look at the new Naka.

Her hair was white with the same hairstyle, and her body and figure had stayed the same. She still had her brown eye, but the other was red, just like Aiden's. She didn't smile, and her eyes showed fear and paranoia. She looked weak and vulnerable, but not the way she used to. It wasn't like the old Naka at all.

kintiyu looked a bit surprised at this new naka."naka?is that really you?"at about that time darkamaru,buta,and debbiri walked up and only darkamaru wasn't surprised."hey naka.i see you've changed a lot.member me?darkamaru-sensei?"he turned to aiden."so i take it her transformation thingy already happened?"

Naka was petrified of the newcomers. Her hand twitched and she looked like a lamb about to be eaten by the lion. She took a step back, meaning to run away, but Aiden pulled her to him, hand around her waist and tightly gripping her hand. "Hey guys. You know she doesn't remember you, Dark, don't ask her. Yeah, she changed. A lot. Smile, Naka."

Naka frowned, then smiled. The Darkadows were probably used to her cheery, loving grin. But this smile was weak, showing that she had been hurt, very, very badly. It highlighted the pain that showed in her face. The smile didn't even stretch her face, it was merely the upturn of the corners of her mouth.

darkamaru turned to aiden again."so what happened?i saw bits of whatever happened but i couldn't see what completely happened."

"You know the jutsu I used to extract Nedia? Well, Asmodeous did the same thing, but used it to change Naka. And he's put a permanent lock on it, so I can't reverse it." As Aiden said this, he covered Naka's ears. She just sank into him, trying her best not to attract the other's attraction. "Naka doesn't know it, though. Asmo deleted her memory. She thinks she's his servant, not mine, and she loves him...so, very much." The last few words made him wince as something painfully stabbed his heart. "She hates me, and she thinks all I want to do is eat her."

darkamaru frowned."well i knew some of that already and i've actually been for a few days, trying to come up with a way to reverse it or at least get her memory back.all attempts were complete and utter failures..."

"I've tried, I've failed. All I can do now is keep Naka from getting eaten." Aiden counted to three before uncovering Naka's ears. "Say hello, Naka."
