The Hunt

Konan had snuck into Kohona unnoticed. after all it was easy when most people believed you had just been litter. She was looking for a ninja that akatasuki had expressed an interest in, Satoshi Kuroda. From sources in Kusa she had discovered that appearently this girl was a reincarnation something akatsuki would be interested in to see how.
She slowly reformed, paper swirling until Konan stood there, gazing at passing ninja she blended with the background behind her waiting for her target.

Toshi had once again, slipped past Miru and Aiden. She was walking around Konoha dreamily, her steps soft and light. The hair that framed her childish face did next to nothing to hide the letters NK on the back of her neck, like a tattoo. 'Hm...I guess I should go back to Oji-san and Oba-san soon...' She jumped off the roof she was on, and landed near the stream of people, mostly Konoha shinobi. Toshi joined the crowd, heading anywhere but the Uchiha mansion.

So far, Aiden had been able to stop people from taking Toshi. It seemed that there were many who were intruiged that she had been reincarnated into a new body. One that was similar to her old one. The possibility of past lives were quite rare and undoubtly miraculous, but Toshi defied the laws of logic, and came back. Naka was now Satoshi. But of course, her memory was locked. It had to be. Should she find out of her past, Toshi might have done something very wrong...

Konan leaped down in front of the girl, "Satoshi Kuroda" she said coldly, getting a good look at the girl. There didn't seem to be anything spectacular about her but she was an oddity. "You will come with me"

"Hm?" Toshi looked up at the girl standing before her. She looked strange...but then again, she'd seen worse. "Okay! Where are you taking me?" Toshi asked, her usual, signature smile on her face.

Konan's eyes narrowed, she was criticly examing the girl. "You are wanted by Akatsuki" Konan said coldly, reaching and harshly grabbing her shoulder. "Come!" she barked coldly.

"Akatsuki...?" 'Ohh! It's that group that Itachi is in, just like Miru said.' Toshi allowed herself to be pulled. She didn't question any further as the woman looked like she might chop her tongue if she got cranky.

"You are familier with Akatsuki and yet you are not fighting back" Konan let a rare smile pass her lips, it looked very strange "You are indeed an anomely" With a simple hand gesture her body began to dissolve into sheets of paper. "I will transport us to Akatsukis hide out" her voice sounded odd, echoed. In the depts of her soul Konan felt a pang of guilt for this child, she had no idea what was planned for her.

"Because I trust you or no one else will hurt me." Toshi smiled demurely and nodded. "Okay. I guess it'd be a long way from Konoha." She looked up at the sun, and blinked as she thought. "Hm. I wonder if anyone will try to find me. Miss, can you leave a message for my friends? I don't want them to be worried when I go."

"there will be no need toshi..i will tell them", said the black haired akatsuki member stepping out of the shadows from a nearbye tree, his sharingan and cold glaze were there as normal"i remain here to observe the asmo case as leader-sama ordered..", he said looking at konan with the always emotionless voice

"Itachi" Konan said coldly "what are you doing here? I can handle this alone as Pein sama instructed" She wondered about him sometimes did he feel guilty about this misson like she did. Would extracting Satoshi's soul be different than a Jinchuriku?

Itachi`s cold gaze rested at the blue haired akatsuki member befor saying, as if he was a little bored"..Im odered here for a solo-mission, as you may have seen my littlesister is alive and a target for asmo, thos young girl saw her as her mother in her last body and pein said she could in use..with other words im a simpel bodyguard for the moment.."

"What!" Konan composed state broke, why would Pein tell him that and her another thing. Did he not trust her? I have known him most ours lives why would he use me like this? She knew nothing about this misson about Miru Uchiha, recomposing herself she said coldly "She won't come easy even to you after..." she stopped no point scaring the child.

Itachi looked at konan"..no need to loose you face over this kind of useless info..", he said with no emotion in the cold voice

"We must be off" she said curtly, "Satoshi are you ready?" she asked the girl, already begining to turn into a whirlwind of Paper to transport them to the Akatsuki cave. "Don't be late, Itachi" she finished with coldly.

itachi watched it in silence but said when she had finished"..i wont..miru and the brother of asmo, aiden akuma, will find out..it wont be long befor they will come to toshi`s aid.."

Konan said nothing, she wisked Satoshi up ih her paper whirlwind, with one last look she said "then we must act fast" before disappearing.

Toshi didn't even have enough time to blink as they disappeared. She covered her face, knowing already what it felt like to have papercuts.
