A Bounty Hunt

Subject: A Bounty Hunt Fri Feb 12, 2010 5:26 pm

Chitose walked side by side with Kakuzu and their mission partner. She is in her cat form and Kakuzu, in his henge. A tall man with tanned complexion and long messy brown hair.

They were on a bounty mission, this bounty is worth 4 million Ryous. Kakuzu didn't want Chitose to come along but she insisted so Pein asked her to babysit her for a mission. As strong as Chitose might be, she's only a twelve years old, certainly there is no need for a girl like her to_

"Look, that's the Kyuubi kid," Chitose mumbled at him. Kakuzu looked down at her and then to the loud blonde-haired boy in front of a ramen shop.

"That's not our bounty. How do you it was him anyway?" Kakuzu asked. "Animal instincts. One of the reasons Pain-sama wanted me in the organization." She smiled at him. Of course...

They walked past the blonde without being noticed, Chitose could feel the hairs on her back stand when she brushed past the boy. As if the static or a frequency reached her from deep within the boy.

And it looked like the boy noticed it too, as he was quiet all of a sudden, turning around to look at her. He shook his head then went back on yelling at a dark haired boy.

"So... how does our bounty look like?" Chitose asked.

Juuroku watched the two enter the village. The first thing he though to himself was "Danzo would be most displeased if they do not have transit passes..." He stalked them from a far distance.

"I'll tell you when I see him," Kakuzu said. Chitose leaped onto his shoulders and sat on top of his head. "Hey," she called out, paws rubbing against his hair.

"Very helpful, senpai. What if I saw him and don't know it was the him we are after???"

Kakuzu ignored her little acts, he has gotten used to it. Furballs on his bed, short naps on his laps and wet licks on the face... It doesn't bother him as much as he thought it would.

The both of them continued their journey, not noticing the stalker from a distance.

Juuroku dived off the building and sent chakra out from his skin. He slipped underground in an instant. He thought to himelf. "Hiding like a mole...." He follwed them from a great distance under them. He could feel their movements.

"I'm hungry," Chitose said. "Go catch a rat or something."

"Hey, doesn't mean I can become totally like animal it meant that I eat animal food too!"

"Then wait till we get our prey." Kakuzu grabbed her from the top of his head and placed her on the ground. "We're here," he said.

Chitose turned around to see a huge Fire sign on the building in front of her. The entrance was guarded with two jounins. "Is he in here?" Chitose asked. They stopped in front of a huge building within Konoha. it is the library.

"Disguised, yes," Kakuzu. They started their way in when one of the jounins cleared his throat. Kakuzu stared at him. Even in his henge form, he still possess that sharp glare. "No pets," the jounin said, pointing at the cat.

Kakuzu groaned.

Juuroku went under the building and came out of the ground in the back. He slipped through the front door and slipped on his mask. 'Are they looking for the kage..or Danzo...for a transit pass?' He thought to himself. He walked through the halls making his way slowly to the front.

Chitose glared daggers at the jounin, then gave Kakuzu an I'll-catch-up-with-you-later look. Kakuzu threw a scroll at her and she caught it within her fangs. Then she walks away, disappearing into the deep forest. The jounin raise an eyebrow at the spot where the cat had disappeared off to and then looked at Kakuzu.

"Not a pet," Kakuzu said. The jounin hesitated for a while before letting him in.

Chitose stretched a little when she turned back into her human form. Her long black tresses covered her back, the sun shone brightly on her bare legs. She rolled out the scroll and bit her finger to let it bleed a little. She made a seal and place her hand on the scroll with the Kanji word for Clothes. In a puff of smoke, her clothes appeared before her and she began wearing it.

When she was finished, she kept the scroll in her pocket. A sound came from a bush nearby and she automatically jumped at it, catching a man with a bleeding nose. 'This guy has been peeping???'

The thought of having some old geezers looking at her change into her human form naked. Not Good.

She knocked the old man unconscious and threw him into the river in the forest. Then she sets out to be reunited again with Kakuzu.

Juuroku saw Kakukzu enter. He wondered where his pet went. 'Maybe he would like an escort.' the thought to himself.

"Excuse me sir. Where are you headed?" he asked politly.

Kakuzu glared at the interrupter. clearly not happy that he has to be separated with that trouble-making cat. With no one keeping an eye on her, nobody knows what's going to happen.

"That's not of your business. Who are you?"

Kakuzu gave him a small frown. he heard footsteps from behind him and looked back. "Hey, Ka_ Who's that?" Chitose asked, her long tresses swaying gracefully as her every move. Maybe she's gotten used to acting like a cat, even in her human form she's move as gracefully as a feline.

"Fine," was Kakuzu's mere answer to the man.

"The Ninja History scroll's corner," Kakuzu said, guards up just in case anything suspicious happens. "Shut up and follow," he said to Chitose who pouted at him.

’then why did you show up?' Kakuzu said to himself. Chitose walked up to Juuroku and gave him a long intense stare. "You smell fishy," she said.

"He's not food, Chitose," Kakuzu said, giving her a warning glare.

Kakuzu gave one last glare at Chitose before following the man. Chitose shrugged and followed suit.

Kakuzu said nothing, and he saw the man giving him a weird look then turn to Chitose. Kakuzu gave her a long stare.

"Um, we're just looking for some clan history scrolls," she said, giving him a charming smile and flicking her long hair behind. "Oniichan wants to be a folklorist!" she said, walking towards Kakuzu and grabbing his arm. "Isn't that awesome?" she smiled again, her electric blue eyes met Juuroku's.

Well, better than 'we're here to kill a bounty that is disguising as a librarian and cut his head off to be exchanged for money' Kakuzu thought. Knowing Chitose, she could be very random. Sometimes she loves taking the risk. Sometimes she's unusually obedient.

They came into a large room filled with old books and scrolls and all at once, Kakuzu's eyes started searching for the bounty while Chitose was amazed at the amount of history that filled the room.

"No, its okay, I'll be fine," Kakuzu said, walking ahead on its own. Chitose looked at Juuroku for a moment then followed suit.
