mini-lake open to all

a low cliff over a mini-lake.

Shikamaru looks over the small expanse of water. "This will be fun." He said sarcasticly. How much more troublesome can this girl get really I am tired of this.

"Oh, don't be so gloomy. You better take your shirt off, or it'll get wet," Toshi said as she rolled up her pant legs.

"How troublesome" Shikamaru said ashe sat dowm looking over the lake as if he did not care. "Why do you want me to swim?"

"Of course," Toshi said cheerfully. And then added, in a worried tone, "You do know how to, right?"

Shikamaru rolled his eyes "yes I know how to but you did not answer the question I asked why" He said tressing the last word as he closed his eyes trying to relaxe

"To...um...do we need a reason?" she asked, confusion. "Oh well." Toshi grabbed hold of Shikimaru's foot, jumped off the edge and dragged him with her.

Shikamaru quikly moved chakra to his hands to catch the cliff "Me hitting the water right now would be bad with my equipment still on" He said calmly as he started to up himself up

Toshi let go of his leg and flipped into the water, creating a huge wave. "I told you to take your shirt off," she said in a singsong mock voice.

Once up on the cliffe Shikamaru stripped out of his clothes except for his boxers. "Gess can she get any more troublesome" Shikamaru looked over the edge. "Why the heck not?" he took a running start and dived straight in to the little lake.

Toshi laughed as Shikamaru dived. "Don't be such a stiff, Nara-sensei! You won't flot properly if you do!"

"I enjoy diving kid." Shikamaru said as he floated around on the surface. This part is not too bad if the kid would stay quiet for a little while at least. I might enjoy thisfrom time to time but I can not do this too much or I will get behind on my teaching and missions.

Toshi waded around silently, enjoying the coolness of the water. 'Wheee, I should've brought my rubber ducky...'

"Yeah and look at your clothes a complete mess kid" Shesh This is like baby sitting if the Hokage finds out I am here I am so dead. Putting his hands in front of him likr he normally does to think Shikamaru stats to form a plan on how to escape punishment if they are found out.

"Nah, I don't mind. I'm not stupid. I brought along an extra set," she said, grinning. "Hey, what'cha doing?"

"Thinking" This will be a tough one I need to have multiple escape routes planned. I will need to get rid of all the evidance that I was here for starters and I can not leave a trial. "I wish I was at a hot spring"

"At the hotspring? You wanna go there? But it's so crowded this time of day," she said, dreamily floating on her back.

"Not the one on Nara clan's land. It is a private spring. I sure could use one though. What a drag." Shikamaru glanced at her then kicked his foot splashing a near by tree "Who are you and how did you get here?"

"Huh?" Toshi turned her head and looked at the direction where he had splashed.

A kid wearing sunglasses poked his head out of the tree "That is not cool man." Shaking his head he sprinkled water around him "I am only a genin here like that rouge there"

"Who're you?" Toshi asked curiously, smiling.

Fetu: "As I said I am just a genin. what else do you need to know cray person wearing clothes while swimming?"

Shikamaru: Shikamaru chuckled this kid is funnier than the annoying girl

Toshi didn't see the insult in his sentence due to her thick-headedness and her belief that everyone was good. "Why are you here?"

Fetu: "I am here for my own reasons that is all" The vains around his temples seemed to bulge out as he sank back into the tree putting his hand on his forehead it seemed as if he was in pain.

Shikamaru: I like his style but I will need to go see Lord Hyuuga now with those eyes of his

Toshi splased over to the edge of the water, and climbed out. "I should go now, before my master-"

"Toshi." A man with a grey and white cloak appeared, taking a painfully tight grip on Toshi's arm. "You were gone too long."

Shikamaru: "Just great" shikamaru said as he climbed out of the lake "Who the heck are you and why are you not in your own country like so many others" He started to form hand signs to use his shadow imitation jutsu
