A job (Shiro, Uchi)

Mai stiffened as the puppets surrounded her. These things sure where scary - and quick, as she never noticed them until they were already at her throat. Fortunately they disappeared a moment later, as Masuta, who had obviously been recognized by the old man, told him Mai was accompanying him.
The young woman followed the boy inside, curiously observing the room but keeping an eye on her client at all times. The kid was talking to the old guy, who did not seem to reply. Still, there was some sort of conversation going on, and it did not appear to be one-sided. Even though she was curious, Mai kept in the background. It was none of their business what they were talking about.

Masuta suddenly stopped and smiled at mai "I must thank you, Without you this would beimpossible." He movemnts were fast, Mearly a fingerflick. But soon the only man had a knife in his back. The puppet that was on masuta's back was now on The only mans. with a blade inside him. Masuta laughed softly. It wasnt dark or evil. Mearly like he had one a chess game "The time of the white puppets passed, Then the red sand. NOW its the black snakes turn" Masuta turned slowly to mai, a new look in his eyes "If you try to attack me, I could put my chakra strings on any one of the puppets around here. And kill you before you could move. Or release my own poison into the air." It was only half lying. While masuta could control any of these puppets, He could not control them well

The boy's words alerted Mai but she was too slow to interfere. However, as soon as the old man had the knife inside him, Mai placed a medium ranked seal on one of the shelves while Masuta was still focusing at the old guy. As the boy turned around, Mai had drawn her swords. "Try it", she said, before rushing at him. There was not much space in here but enough for her to fight properly. She would try to captivate him, he had killed an innocent man and was going to face the consequences. If she failed, she'd have to kill him. The most important thing was to stop him from using his puppets and the only way to do that was rid him of his hands. That, however, would probably cause him to bleed to death before she could bring him anywhere but rather than getting herself killed she was going to go for him.

Masuta moved a puppet in her way But it didn't work something she was doing was messing with the puppets, He tried to move the blade but it didn't move either, All to soon she was close. Way to close. Masuto growled and pulled out a tag from his pack "Come on, Step closer so i can make Expl-" That was all masuta got out, The tag having been defective from the store blew up in his hand. He coughed and flew against the wall. The blast had torn his body apart. Yet at the ame time cotorizing his wounds so they did not bleed. Which caused masuta extreme physical pain

Mai did not stop but luckily she was still a few feet away from him when Masuta blew himself up. The explosion was severely weakened by the seal - which was now broken but at least had saved Mai from being torn to shreds. Carefully moving closer to the boy she put one of her blades back into its sheath and pulled a rope from her travelsack. "That looks like it hurts", she mused, looking down on him. "You know, I always thought kids shouldn't play with fire." At least he would not be so heavy to carry back to the village, now that most of his body was missing. "If you're lucky you have no internal bleeding and make it to the village alive. I'm no medic, I can't do anything for you", she said as she tried to figure out where to attach the rope to his "body". Was it even necessary anymore?

Masuta laid there unconscience, he could defend himself or make puppets anymore. or use them for that matter, Suddenly a puff of smoke apeared behind Mai. It was A kiri hunter ninja, She grabbed masuta's hair and growled "Thanks, We've been looking for this one. Ill take him from here" Once again the pair disapeared in a puff of smoke.
