Training for Revenge.

"All right." Toshi rolled up her pant legs, took a few steps back and had a running start. "Cannonball!"

When she reached the water it made a big splash. "Nice jump, Toshi! I didn't know you could do that."

"I've been eating a lot lately, that's why I'm so heavy," she said, grinning. Then she floated on her back. "Wheee!"

"This water feels good." Yuudai was comming back and forth from underneath the water and back up. It felt good to cool off.

"Yeah, but I wonder if there's anything down there?" She pointed at its dark depths.

"I'm gonna go find out." he then dived into the darker depths. It got harder to see the farther he went down, but he could still see, barely.

"Be careful down there." Toshi relaxed and swam around, enjoying the water against her skin.

He kept swimming and saw nothing. He waited and then he felt something brush against his foot. He quickly turned to face it, but whatever it was, was gone.

Toshi hummed, and something hit her foot. But that was strange... Yuudai was on the other side. She ignored it and kept swimming.

Yuudai surfaced again. "Did something brush you foot? Something hit my left leg. When I looked to see what it was, it wasn't there."

"It wasn't just my imagination, then," she said, relieved. "Yeah, I felt something..."

"I don't think I want to find out. Do you want to stay in? I don't really care if you do or don't. That thing is just weird."

"Gah... I'll just stay out here," she said nervously. "I don't want to go down that deep. Besides, I don't know how to swim."

"That is a good idea, I'll do that too." he swam around for a minute in an akward silence then said, "Sooo... I'm sorry. I'm not a very good conversation starter."

"Naw, it's okay, Yuu-chan, it's better than something you don't wanna talk about, right?"

"Yea, that is an good point, Toshi. So what do you want to talk about?" he was now still in the water. Just floating in place. Bobbing up and down.

"Absolutely no idea," she said, smiling. "Weapons?"

"Sure. OH! I ALMOST FORGOT!" Yuudai got out of the water for a second, took the sheath with his sword in it and placed it on the grass, ontop of his shirt, then got back in. "Thanks for reminding me. I would have forgot."

Toshi smiled wider and kept swimming around. "So, do you like big swords or blades?"

"Blades, deefanently. It takes too much time to swing a huge, bulky sword. Giving your opponent to plan how to dodgethe sword. With a blade, you and manipulate it faster, giving you opponent less time to get ready to dodge. but thats my opinion."

"Ooh, okay. In my opinion, big swords just waste energy. Katana or bow?"

"Katana.You can easily cut an arrow with fast enough reflexes. And it takes to long to re-load an arrow. Its just simple common sence to me."

"I choose bow for longer range... Hm, offence or defence?"

"Offence. Ya know the old saying, 'A good offence is a better defence." ((Or something like that. I don't pay attention to old sayings like that.))

Toshi laughed. "I choose defence. That way you are more sure that your precious ones are guarded. Next, ah...wind or lightning?"
