Hikaru navigated around the various tents and store fronts that made up the shops. He was searching for special wraps that were infused with chakra for the upcoming Chunin Exams. His wraps were several years old and very worn. Unfortunately, what he was looking for were very rare, and he had to keep a close eye out, which in fact was not very difficult for someone with the Byakugan.
