Death Sword Scroll (May get Mature)

He didn’t like the idea of letting this man leave with this poor little boy but he had no choice. Maybe after he was done with this guy he could come back and save him. He signaled Shiro to follow him and he turned around to continue.

Shiro was still shaking but he obeyed. Scrambling to his feet he rubbed his throat gently. His back hurt badly but he did not dare to speak up, keeping closely behind the boy. He did not even know his name yet... How long would it take them to get where they were going? Shiro did not know if he should wish for them to sentence him to death or if there was even worse in for him. Well, there definitely was if his boss laid hands on Shiro...

After another hour of walking the village was finally in site. When they made it to the gate two guards arrived to escort Shiro to the Courthouse. “Well, this is it” Tsukiakara said as he ripped the paper bomb off. “Now if you excuse me I have some unfinished business to attend to.” Tsukiakara then turned around and ran back to where they were attacked.

The man of course had moved on by now, setting camp in the forest.
He was going to be punished because he did not bring Shiro back.
But he had noticed the explosive tag and did not want to risk his life for a brat like him.
Now he let his anger out on the young boy's face.
"Misaki! Come here!", he yelled.
The seven-year-old hurried over to his master, only to be punched hard in the face.
He started crying immediately but the man would not stop. He was very angry...

It took away for Tsukiakara to find the trail but eventually he was able to catch up. He positioned himself on top of a tree knowing if he got any closer he was bound to be seen. How was he going to rescue this boy? Most of his justu were short ranged attacks and if he tryed to use any of them the boy was bond to get killed. He did however have one justu that might work. He pulled out a kunai and fused it with lighting chakra. Even though he had constantly practiced his aim was still not very good and he might hit the very thing he is trying to save. But this was his only shot to saving him. He took aim and threw the kunai at the man. As the kunai was in midair Tsukiakara jumped from his hiding spot toward the camp.

Misaki held his arms in front of his face to protect himself but the elder just blindly hit wherever his fists seemed to go. But suddenly the hits stopped, Misaki's master seemed to be in pain, groaning. There was a Kunai stuck in his arm, a good thirty centimetres away from Misaki's face. Also, there was another person now. Misaki did not care. He moved backwards a few steps and then lay on the ground, cooling his beat up face using the wet grass below. His master was not reacting very quickly, due to the lightning chakra interfering with his nervous system. However, he had noticed the stranger and was at least willing, if not able to fight him.

In the meantime Shiro had been brought to an empty room where he was supposed to wait for interrogation. So at least he still had a chance of denying...

A man walked into the interrogation room with a clipboard. He then sat down at the other end of the table and then looked at Shiro. “Ok, just answer the following questions truthfully. And in the event that you choose not to talk well … we’ll cross that bridge when we come to it.” he then looked at the clipboard, “Ok, first question, What is your name?”

The kunai successfully stunned the man now it was time to finish the job. Bird-Ox-Tiger “Lighting Style: Paralyze Palm Justu” Tsukiakara then charged at the man to stun him with his hand.

"Shiro", the boy replied truthfully. There was no need to lie about that. "I... I don't know my surname", he added, telling the truth again. He wanted to search for his family and their name but up till now he had never had the time to do so.

The man moved to slow and got hit by the attack just as planned. Misaki let out a shriek, afraid he was going to be next.

The man wrote something on the clipboard. “Alright, are you aware of the crime you have been accused of?” the interrogator asked.

Tsukiakara bent over to the man. “I’m not sure what this boy did but no one deceives a beating like that.” He than got up and turned to the little boy. He pulled out a first aid kit. He pulled out a container of ointment. "This is going to sting but it will help the wounds."

Shiro shook his head. This was a lie but it would buy him some time to be told once again. "N-no, sir", he said, looking at his hands shyly.

The boy had sat up, staring at the stranger. He was obviously afraid. His nose was running from crying but he was not bleeding. His head hurt as did the rest of his body. "Did you hurt him?", Misaki asked anxiously. "He is going to be angry. He will hit me", the boy said.

The interrogator sighed, “You have been charged with breaking and entering and double homicide of the following two individuals two nights ago.” He then showed Shiro pictures of Tsukiakara’s Mom and Dad. “The following crimes are punishable by death, but…if you were to emit that you did it right here and now I might get the judge to ease the punishment.” The interrogator then gave Shiro a cold stare.

“Don’t worry”, Tsukiakara siad ,”He didn’t feel a thing.” Tsukiakara proceded to put the cream on the boy’s face. “Now tell me, why was he hitting you”

Shiro was easy to fool when it came to death sentence.
"You... you could? But if I did not do it? I... will I still be sentenced?", he asked.
If there was no other way out Shiro would chose the punishment over the death sentence of course.

"Because he was angry", Misaki replied as though it was the most natural thing in the world.
"He was angry because you didn't give him Shiro-kun", he added.

“No, no, no, if your innocent you have nothing to worry about. It’s just if you say your innocent and the judge finds out your not, well… it would be out of my power. But as I said if your innocent you have nothing to worry about.” The interrogator smiled. He was pretty confindent the boy was going to crake.

Tsukiakara assumed that Shiro was the name of the boy who killed his parents. “ Well if you ask me that a lame excuse to be taking it out on you but why does he want Shiro so bad.”

Shiro seemed insecure. "How could he find out I was guilty... if I was, I mean, which I'm not but... how could he find that out?", Shiro asked. "A-and if I was guilty but it was not my fault I did it... w-would that change something?"

"The boss wants Shiro", Misaki said, a mixture of fear and reverence in his voice. "He will punish Shiro, too. I... I don't like when he punishes. He's the worst. But he gives us food, too. We work for him. Shiro, too. He's been around for so long and the Boss says he's really good. If he was not, the Boss wouldn't care about him. But I know Shiro's only good because he's so afraid. I saw it once, what they did to him", Misaki explained, almost whispering. His eyes widened with the memory of what he had seen and he almost started to cry again.

“Let’s just say that he has his methods of finding out the truth. As for your second question it would depend. However if you were to have ANY involvement I would find wise to fess up now. So how about it? Do you plead innocent or guilty?” he set the clipboard down and rested his chin on his hands.

“What sort of things does your boss do to you and Shiro?” Tsukiakara asked. He heard rumors of certain mind control torture jutsus and was beginning to wonder if this wasn’t all necessarily Shiro’s fault but maybe this mystery boss. “Please tell me. You can trust me”. He reassured the scared little boy

"I..." Shiro was thinking. The only way to get out of this was probably to tell the truth.
"It... depends", he said. "I did kill them but I had not choice. It was self-defence, somehow. You know?", he explained, definitely not wanting to talk about the punishment that had been in for him if he denied to do the job.

Misaki violently shook his head. I stopped, about to say something but then just shook his head again. "There were many people", he whispered, as though this would clear anything up. Unconsciously he was holding on to the boy in front of him, looking for physical support. Somewhere behind them, the man was groaning, obviously coming to again. Misaki instinctively ducked, being visibly afraid.

“Works for me,” the interrogator said as he wrote something on the clipboard, “Now, is there anything you would like to say before I turn this report in to my superiors?”

If what the boy said was true then he wasn’t dealing with a petty thief, he was dealing with an entire organization. Shiro was just a pawn, which meant that an ever bigger piece could be played at any moment. He turned to the man when he heard he moan, waiting to see what he was going to say.

"Am... am I getting a chance to defend myself?", Shiro said, suddenly very close to panicking. He did not want to die. He did not want to be punished...

"You... bloody...", the man groaned, slowly getting back up to his feet. "I'm going to kill you", he hissed, moving towards the boy, his hands outstretched to grab the brats throat. "Misaki! Get away from him before I kick you", the man ordered and Misaki ducked even more, holding on to the elder boy. He wanted to get away from here, he wanted this boy to take him with him, away from this man.

“Nah, the case is already closed. The Hakujin clan agreed to drop the charges if you were willing to do community service. I was just in here to fill out some paperwork. You see I have a jutsu that allows me to read people minds. It’s just that this job can get boring and I find it hilarious to mess with peoples heads. Well I guess if you agree to work your free to go.”

The man’s moves were choppy and under normal circumstantiates could be dodged easily. But there was this kid that he had to protect. Thinking quickly he used the hand seals Ram-Boar-Ox-Dog-Snake, grabbed the boy and jumped sharply to the right.

(Tsukiakara just used the Substitution Jutsu to let you know )

"I-I will", Shiro said, utterly embarrassed and a little shocked that this guy was able to read his minds. Did he know what had happened to Shiro? Had he... seen it? That was horrible! All of a sudden Shiro felt dirty and vulnerable, he wanted to get away from this man.

The man's hand closed around a chunk of wood. He did not realize at first but when he did he roared furiously. "Misaki! Get over here, NOW!", he shouted, trying to demonstrate his power by controlling the kid. However, Misaki did not obey, he was clinging to the boy who carried him, crying from fear. "I don't want to go to him, please Mister", Misaki whispered, afraid he might be left alone here.

The man gave Shiro a ticket. “Now take this ticket to the inn a few blocks to the left. Someone from the Hakujin Clan will come pick you up tomorrow.” He then opened the door a led Shiro out.

“If you want the boy your gonna have to catch us first!” Tsukiakara then threw two kunai with explosive tags attached towards the man. Even if the explosions were unsuccessful in damaging the man at least the smock would give him some time to escape. Tsukiakara bent over to the boy. “Grab my back and hold on tight.”

Shiro jumped up and ran outside. He had no idea where the inn was but he was sure he would find it. Anything to get away from someone who could read his mind.

Misaki did what he was told, holding on as tightly as he could so he would not fall.
He was still too scared to be thankful yet and he could hear his master screaming in anger behind them.

Holding the boy tightly, Tsukiakara began jumping from tree to tree trying to reach the village before the man could catch up. He still had a lot more questions for this boy and he was not about to let him go back to this possible insane man.

The man was quick but he was still handicapped from the lightning attack he had suffered before. Before he managed to catch up, Tsukiakara and Misaki had passed the first guards of the village. "Is there anything we can help you with?", they asked, noticing the hurry the boy was in.

“Ninja Business” Tsukiakara said as he flashed his headband, “just don’t let any unauthorized personal through.” He yelled as he proceeded to run through the streets. He needed to get to that hotel and lay low for awhile so that he can question this boy further. Hopefully the man didn’t have the correct authorization to get through the gate and even if he did he would be limited to what he could do because of all the witnesses around.
