Silent Grass

“What’s that supposed to mean?” Tsukiakara asked kind of offended by the remark.

"Nothing your just really nice." Nagiko said smiling.

“Please. Tell me what you’ve heard about us. I would like to dispel the rumors if I can.” Tsukiakara asked in a kind voice again. He had heard several bizarre stories about his village the majority of them were false.

" Well they say that they are very cruel and that they use torture sometimes." Nagiko said.

“Which village honestly doesn’t torture? Every ninja village at some point has used torture to get information. No one ever ‘likes’ torture but sometimes it’s necessary. It’s apart of our line of work. Is there anything else you’ve heard?”

" No sorry I can't help anymore but I sleep in the day only because at night it's easier to train." Nagiko said.

“Oh, that’s ok I guess.” Tsukiakara said disappointed. He waited for his friend to finish eating before making a plan for their mission.

Nagiko finished eating and got up he ate very little for Nagiko was used to small meals and said "So what are the plans." Nagiko said confidently that he could defeat anyone who tried to attack.
(Hey could Nagiko meet that band that tried robbing him again but they have a new found respect for Nagiko please.)

“The plan is to not let anyone but your village gets a hold of the goods. The best way to do this is to take the paths that are less traveled on. It may take more time to get there but it’s the best way to avoid criminals.”

" Well then we better get started." Nagiko said getting up.

“Not yet. First of all our mission will be much more successful by night. Second we should test our combat skills to see where on the battlefield we would be most effective.”

" Very well let's fight but I won't hold back." Nagiko said getting out a kunia and getting into defense position.

Tsukiakara stood up even though he still had his leg wound. He was obviously not going to be able to give this one his hundred percent. But no matter if he said he wasn’t going to hold back then the last thing he needed to do was to waste his first move in a weak attack. The best move was to make get a lifeline if something didn’t go his way and he had just the justu that did just that. “Tied Heart Style: Eight Sword Dance” After Tsukiakara said this, a flash of light appeared and eight swords lay flat on the ground surrounding Tsukiakara. Ok now that the lifeline was in place time to attack. Tsukiakara reached into his pocket an threw two kunai at the grass ninja. He doubted this would hit but if he was lucky he would get to see what kind of jutsu he used.

Nagiko dodged the kunias with ease and charged at Tsukiakara and aimed to cut deep into his arm with the kunia he was holding.

Tsukiakara just stood there while the ninja rushed him. He had a bad leg after all so there was no point in exerting energy in running away. But this was where his lifeline would go into play. The second the ninja’s kunai was about to make contact with Tsukiakara’s arm it was met with nothing but steel. The swords had suddenly moved on there own and formed a shield around Tsukiakara’s arm.

Nagiko then said " Okay then I'll use a powerful sword." Nagiko said and made a series of secret hand sign "you won't know this jutsu only my family can use it but I'm the las of my family Lightning sword." Nagiko said and lightning came out of his hands became a sword and he charged and aimed to slice the sword in half.

Tsukiakara jumped away in time but his swords weren’t as fortunate. Most of them were cut in half. The sharp steel fell unto the ground with loud clangs. Even though they were cut in half they were still able to move. Tsukiakara just wanted his opponent to ‘think’ he had defeated them. But that lightning blade was something. If it was able to cut his tied hearts swords then he had only one other sword that he could possibly use. However this sword was extremely deadly and Tsukiakara only used it in emergencies. The only good reason to actually use is if his life was on the line. That left him one other choice of weapons but he had to be extra careful with these ones. There was no way of repairing them if they got damaged. Two more swords appeared on the ground and Tsukiakara picked them up. They were a different color then the floating swords so his opponent could most likely deduct that they had slightly different abilities.

Nagiko charged and aimed the sword at the center aiming to slice open the kids face but not too much just enough for alittle bit of blood to come out to signal that he won and was the top ninja between them but he was aware that the other swords had a different power.

Tsukiakara had to act fast. He swung one sword creating several walls of ice so that it took more time for his ally to get to him. Now he gave another swung. This time he was pushed up into the air by a large pillar of ice.

Nagiko easily broke through all the walls of ice and started climbing the large ice.

This grass ninja was a determinate one which was good for Tsukiakara. But he wasn’t wanting to sustain any more injures nor did he want to inflect them on his partner. So instead he kept swinging his sword making more towers of ice growing out of no where in an instant. He started jumping from tower to tower and if he didn’t have enough jump he made a little platform to land on. After he jumped from a tower it instantly melted. This would make it even more difficult for Tsukiakara to reach revealing more about this grass ninja’s strong suits.

Nagiko destroyed the Lightning sword and grabed five kunias threw the five kunias aiming to hit Tsukiakara.

Tsukiakara tried to jump to another tower but one of the kunai hit it’s mark and it sunk into Tsukiakara’s back. This made it difficult to land safely but he made another platform to land on.

Nagiko jumped up as high as he could and was aligned with Tsukiakara and as he came at him he aimed to punch Tsukiakara in the face hard.

Tsukiakara saw the punch coming but there was no time to move out of the way. But he had a plan. The punch connected to Tsukiakara’s face. But it did nothing to budge him and instead of the heat one feels when touching another skin was replaced with a very deep cold. Tsukiakara’s entire body was incase in ice.. And now that Nagiko was closer he was going to trap him as well. The ice started growing around Nagiko are trying to get him before he got away.
