Best friends, always. (Naka and Yuudai)

"Sure, but you will see me again, and you'll see me pretty frequently" he chuckled. "I can feel that you will"

"I'd better or I'll have to track you down!" Toshi grinned, nodded, and held out her pinky finger. "Promise we'll be best friends, always?"

Yuudai locked his pinky with her's, "Promise, friends forever. But Toshi, I know this will sound weird and random and like, well I'll just ask: What if that kid from Kiri does what I did to you? What will you do then?"

Toshi smiled and shrugged. "I dunno. I'd still love him. And I'd still want to be friends with him. He's a nice guy. Because Yuudai, remember that though the flames of love may die down, the strong bond of friendship will not. Sounds pretty corny, but it's true. Friends last longer than lovers."

"Depends on the lover. I was un-loyale to you, therefore our love shortened and dissapeared into nothing, if the lover is very loyale to you and is always t your side, like I should have been, then the love will last until that loyality dies. I'm sorry I wasn't loyale to you Toshi"

"Don't worry about it, Yuudai. And don't be sorry. If you hadn't cheated on me, you wouldn't have fallen in love with Ember, who I think is a much better option than I am." She smiled, and warmly caressed his cheek, ignoring the bandage. "Tell me... If I was Naka Kuroda, not Toshi Kuroda, would you have stayed faithful?"

"Yes, I would've stayed with Naka, but that freak Asmo washed her brain and then made her commit suicide by hanging herself. I want to kill him too"

Toshi sighed, and pat his cheek. "Won't you give him a second chance? He's a good guy now."

"I can never forgive that b*******d for what he did to her. I will kill him and make him suffer for what he did to her"

"Did... Did you love me- I mean, Naka, or did you just consider her your very best friend?"

"I loved her byond beliefe, and I don't think I ever got a chance to tell her. Ya know to her face that I love her"

Toshi sighed. "You might. You see, there's a chance that I might get reincarnated into the exact same copy of Naka again," she said. "But only if I die the way she did before she became Naka."

"I don't know how she died to become Naka. I'm sure Aiden knows though, he knows everything about your past lives, and so do you. You just got to remember. I hope it wasn't something horrible"

"....my heart was ripped out of my chest in battle against a love one," she said grimly. "I only had a few seconds to live before I died."

"Oh no, that means if you're going to be re-incarnated into Naka again wither me, Aiden, or the kiri kid has to do it. Right?"

Toshi nodded. "Kaji would never do it. And neither would Aiden. But, since 'Naka' means more than 'Toshi' to you..."

"I would never want to ro that to you...even if it would bring back my Naka-chan. I would never do it"

Toshi sighed and nodded. "I understand. I'll see if I can find someone else to do it. Maybe Miru."

"No, Miru won't do it. You're not going to die that way, no way you are" he said encourgingly. He did want Naka back, but he didn't want to kill Toshi espisally that way.

"But for Naka to come back for you to have your best friend back, I have to." Toshi smiled and gave him a warm hug. "Just accept it as my 'sorry' present for hurting you so much."

"I'm the one who should be sorry for hurting you, Toshi. I went to Ember and your heart was broken, but I think the kiri kid is filling it back in."

Toshi chuckled. "Of course not! Every one is different, so every hole I get is different, and the only one who can fill it is the one who made it. Kaji-kun...he's just trying to help me get through the pain of losing you to Ember."

"You haven't lost me to Ember, Toshi. Nor will you ever. But you should stay with Kaji." he lightly chuckled and looked at the clouds.

Toshi nodded. "I will even though he's seen other women...he's still so loyal to me....and...um... Yuu-chan, I was wondering, if you could stop by Kiri and... um..." She blushed. "...become the ringbearer for the wedding?"

"Sorry, Toshi. That is one favor I woulden't do for a billiob ryo. But you're my best friend so I'll think about it. The only reason I woulden't do it is because people in Kiri don't really like Uchiha, but for you, sure I'll do it"
