You Will Pay ( Kaji Naka)

"... I'll go call Daddy and bring the kids over, then." Ushio frowned and went to the kitchen to contact Aiden. 'He's acting weird today....'

Kaji got out of bed and walked to the dresser. he grabbed some black pants and then went to the closet where he smelled out a black dress shirt which was clearly his amongst a bunch of dresses and outfits which must have been ushios.

" why cant I wake up" he said to himself walking to the bathroom 'this is my house but the bed and the woman in it was different' he thought stepping into the shower

Ushio knocked on his door. "Nami and Isamu will be here in a bit...are you sure you're okay?" she asked. "You seem confused."

water poured down onto him, he thought about how he should answer her "I am" he said to her " Im very confused"

She sat next to the door. "... I am Ushio Nara, your wife. We have been married for a while now. And you had me move in here. And we take care of the girls, though they visit Konoha once a week."

kaji got out of the shower and got dressed. he opened the door " how did we meet " he asked looking down at her

"Training in the forest," she said, smiling. "And then you brought me to your parents...and well, nature takes it role." She smiled wider and kissed him.

" who is your father anyway and why would Nami and Isamu be with him in the kuroda place "

"Aiden, of course. They're there to visit their other family, Kaji-danna," she explained.

" I wasnt aware Aiden had a daughter .... ugh why dont I know any of this " he said falling on the bed " I dont know If this is a dream or if what I think is real was a dream "

"Huh? Kaji-kun...maybe you should rest," she said, sighing. "I'll be at Dad's with the kids." She put on a change of clothes and started to pack.

" please dont leave... Im afraid ... I dont know whats going on ... Im scared and I dont wanna be alone " Kaji said staring up at the ceiling

"Oh, Kaji-kun..." She abandoned her bag and walked over to him to hug him tightly, trying to reassure him. "I'll always be here with ya. We are soulmates, right?"

" if you say so ... I mean im the guy who woke up not remembering any of the last how many years of my life " he said rubbing his had " though it does feel right calling you my soulmate "

She smiled and hugged him. "Of course. I'll be here to remind you...you were always here for me anyway...you killed me, but you came back for me." She smiled up at him.

- Reality -

Toshi shook Kaji awake. "KAJI-KUUUN WAKE UP, THE CAT'S ON FIRE!"

Kajis eyes snapped open " What the hell " he shouted " I dont even have a cat " his head snapped around looking for flames

"Lookie," she said happily, showing him a story book. "I bought it with Nami-chan when you were asleep."

Kaji blinked " ugh how long was I out for " he asked rubbing his forehead

"A few hours. You missed lunch." Toshi had changed into her own clothes. She held up a muffin to him, smiling. "Eat, please..."

he took the muffin and ate it "not bad toshi chan though I think during some point you used salt instead of sugar but it tastes great minus the bottom" he looked at her " I had a strange dream ... do you know a girl named Ushio?" he asked scratching his head

"No," she said, tilting her head. "Why? Did you have a dream about her? What happened?" She was munching on a muffin of her own.

She said she was Aidens daughter and we were soulmates and at one point I killed her but I couldnt remember any of it " he said rubbing his head " maybe she is just another reincarnation of you " he muttered

"Daddy is daddy and mommy will always be with Ush-" She cupped her mouth. "I have more muffins in the oven!" She ran for the kitchen.

Kaji got up and walked towards the kitchen " hey toshi what were you going to say " he asked walking into the kitchen

"I said my muffins were in the oven," she said, her mitt-covered hands holding a tray of fresh blueberry muffins. "Want one?" she offered him, beaming.
