New Friends (Ember, Zentsu, Xulonos)

Zentsu fliched at her sudden dark chakra. "I..I was going to help make some when i got back. You'r more then welcome to come if you want. im gunna miss you" Zentsu looked pleading almost scared.

Being startled by the sound of cups being slammed into a cupboard, Ryouta looked back to find a furious Ember. "Oh my god, I apologize. I completely forgot that you were getting us refreshments when Kurai reminded me of some rather... bad memories... I am truly sorry. How rude of me." he said, ashamed of his behavior.

"Just leave." She sighed and rolled her eyes,leaning against the fridge and waved a dismissing hand at them."Take your time PLEASE. Dont come back anytime soon." She grumbled under her breath. Being stood up was something that was normal to her, but she was just so angry that it happened so often. People saw her emotional side as weak so they decide to use her and then throw her out. She was sick of the routine.

Zentsu sensing the feelings coming off of Ember walked over to her bowing his head ashamed "I never ment to use you, I-I what i said last night. i ment it"

After hearing that, Ryouta felt immensely guilty. "Actually, no. It can wait. Besides, it's not like the puppets are going anywhere. I'll just get them later. Let's have that sake now. I'll get it this time." he said as he walked into the kitchen. Then he thought to himself "Wait... what did he say last night...?"

Ember looked down,her eyes still a firey red, for the emotion of rage."I dont care if you go now or later,but I wanna come. Im sick of being home alone here."

Of course you can come, Id miss you too much" Zentsu smiled alittle walking over to the couch to give her room. Looking up at the sky he looked at Ryo "If your wondering. She's my luna."

"Of course you can come. It's bad enough being alone with this pervert for a few hours. I feel like I need to take a shower afterwards." he said, trying not to laugh. As he walked out of the kitchen, he said "Although we shouldn't let this sake go to waste. Here, drink up." and handed Ember and Kurai a cup of sake. "Also, if she's your Luna, then you should have thought of her before we even thought of putting an idea in my head to get those puppets." he said, now glaring at Kurai.

Ignoring everything else,because a bit too nervous to talk now,since she was embarressed about the way she reacted,she sat next to Ryo and Zentsu."Im your..moon?" She asked Zentsu,giggling a bit,the noise sounding like the bell that rings after an angel gets it wings.

Glacing down "I was thinking of her, Like you said being with me is bad enough to make you shower." Zentsu drinks his sake in one swig gettting up to go to his room... Thinking silently to himself "She'd be better off without me"

"Long story. Let's just say that is one of the reasons we were going to leave, but for right now, it can wait. My god I just feel so guilty for almost leaving you like that. Normally that's something I'd never do. I apologize profusely." he said, with a frown.

Ember watched Zentsu leave."...Whats with him?" She asked herself under her breath,then heard Ryo talking somewhere in the backround of her own thoughts and then she turned to him."Hmm?Oh. Yeah sure okay. I dont really care. It happens all the time." She shrugged,and barely sipped the sake. She wasnt used to drinking alchohal.

Zentsu comes back out after about a halfhour with fresh bandages and a new shirt. Ready for the depature. Leaning aganst the wall silently watching ember With warm eyes. "Ryo We dont have forever she needs time to get ready."

"I could have changed those bandages for you. I didnt take 3 years of medical ninja classes for nothing ya know." She reminded thoughtfully.

Ryouta looked up at Kurai and said "Oh, right. Kurai, can you grab my ninja pouch? I think I left it in the kitchen." As Kurai left the room, Ryouta leaned over and whispered to Ember. "I think my words combined with his comparison may have upset him. I was only talking about his occasional perverted outbursts that made me feel like I wanted to shower, but if he really thinks of you in the same way that I think... well... thought about Luna, then he really cares about you. So my words may have him thinking he's not good enough for you." he said, taking a sip from his cup. "Also, it's not okay, especially if that happens often. It's rude and uncalled for, which is why I felt like a complete jerk for almost doing that."

"....Whos Luna?" She asked, all of a sudden, not paying attention to the other things he had said.

Zentsu walked to the kitchen to grab the pouch throwing it at ryo when he returned. "Here you might wanna refill it" Walking behind Ember to stare out the window his eyes darkening"

"Will someone please tell me who the heck this Luna person is??" She asked seriously.

Ryouta's heart began to sink again as he went through the story. "Well, you know how Kurai and I were team members in Kirigakure, right? Well, there were two other members in our team. Team captain Heizu and our kunoichi, Luna Hana. She was the only girl I ever loved. Sadly, we didn't get to love each other for very long." he said, with a depressed sigh. "We were sent on a mission to Iwagakure. An assassination mission, but Kurai defected before the mission because he didn't want to do it. We failed miserably, and ended up fighting Iwagakure ninja off. They were all around us, and Luna was injured. I screamed for her. As she fell to the ground, I dove to catch her, only to see her coughing up blood. There was a kunai knife lodged in her stomach... I thought that we weren't going to make it out alive, so I admitted my love for her, and to my surprise, she loved me as well. As we were talking, Heizu sensei was hit and fell. I looked back to Luna, told her that I love her, and kissed her goodbye." Now on the verge of tears, he choked out the last words. "Then after trying to fight off countless Iwagakure ninja, Heizu yelled that they were done for and to run, but I couldn't. I kept fighting to the point that I thought I was going to die of exhaustion, but then, Heizu used the last of his chakra to hit me with a wind bullet and send me flying out of the village. I landed just outside of the gates. Then, I looked up and heard one of the worst sounds in my life. The sound of an earth prison being formed and then crushing my sensei and my love. I heard their screams, and burst into tears... I knew it was over, so I fled." Clenching the scroll to his puppet so hard the paper almost ripped, he looked up and said "Luna was my team mate, my friend, and my lover for about 15 minutes."

Ember immeaditly scooted over and wrapped her arms around Ryo for a comforting hug."Im so sorry for your loss." She murmered softly,her voice truly sounding sympathetic.She rubbed and patted his back softly,soothingly, knowing the feeling of loosing people you love.

"It's okay. What's done is done..." he said, nonchalantly sipping from his cup.

"Your just gonna...Let go that easily?" She asked him, pulling back and looking at him like he was a mad man. "Your insane." She breathed, shaking her head in greif.

Zentsu watched the exchange from the corner of his eyes "It was a suicide mission the only diffrence is... i got to watch my bestfriends die from a safe distance. Her death was unneesicary i should have stopped it i could have." His eyes growing colder and darker with each word.

"I'm not letting it go, I just don't feel that right now is the time for remorse. We were having a drink so I didn't want to be a downer." he said, trying to bring up the mood. As he got up, he looked at Kurai with a cold stare. "Also, it's true. You could have done something, but you have already proven that you couldn't do anything at the time. You were too far away. Let's just move on for now and try to enjoy the sake." he said with a fake smile.

Zentsu looked at ryo His eyes filled with more pain the any human should have to bear. "Im sorry"
