Death Sword Scroll (May get Mature)

“Burn it, chop it, or just kill everyone in it. I just want it to look like an attack. If your not comfortable with it I could send some of my men to assist you at a cost of some of your pay of course.” He pulled out a third stack of cash out of his pocket. “So do we have a deal or not?”

Shiro looked at the money. He had already earned a lot of money. Did he even need more? Well, at some point he would, as soon as the money he owned was gone... "I can do this on my own", he said crossing his arms in front of his chest. "Just tell me where it is and give me some materials, I will finish them off."

“You’ll find some balls filled with gunpowder outside. Just go north. It will have the Hidden Rain symbol on it. You can’t miss it.” The masked man replied.

Shiro frowned but the money made him greedy and reckless. "Sure", he said before he left. He did not even take time to rest, guessing he had slept enough while those guys had rummaged around in his head. The job sounded easy enough and Shiro did actually find the gunpowder-balls outside, tucking them safely away. Now he only needed to find his destination.

The masked man stood there for a bit waiting for Shiro to get a good enough distance away. “Come out” He ordered. A section of the wall opened up revealing a secret compartment. An assassin was inside it waiting for his orders. “This Misaki could prove troublesome to my plans with Shiro. I want you to find him…and eliminate him” The assassin shut the door and was teleported else where going to complete his new mission. “I’m sorry Shiro but it’s for your own good” The masked man said to himself.

It was morning at the Valley and Tsukiakara woke up from the benches he was taking a snooze on. He had to do his morning patrol so he didn’t go to check up on Misaki. Muki had cried herself back to sleep. The sleeping med’s also helped with this. With her asleep she could not see if Misaki had left her or fallen asleep at her side.

Misaki had rolled up to a little ball on the floor next to Muki's bed. He did not sleep well, had nightmares of Shiro and of the fire, but he slept tightly and did not even wake up as a nurse entered the room to look after Muki.

A nurse came in to remove some of the bandages on Muki. She was free to go now. The nurse had woken her up when the bandages were being removed. The nurse left and Muki sat up looking down at Misaki wondering if she should wake him up.

Misaki twitched and cried in his sleep, even now he seemed to be afraid but he did not wake up, even after the nurse had left.

Muki then decided to leave Misaki there. She was going to get them a snack at the vending machine. So she left him there and did just that. She told the nurse at the desk that she was going to get a snack but then be right back. While the snack was about to fall she noticed another nurse enter her room. This was odd since she had already told them she was not in there. Little did she no it was the assassin sent in kill Misaki. When the assassin disguised as a nurse entered the room he shut the door behind him. Then he did some hand signs transforming him to look like Shiro. He then reached his hand to Misaki and shook him trying to wake up. “Misaki” he said in the exact same voice as Shiro.

Misaki awoke with a start, staring right in what he believed to be Shiro's face.
"Shiro!", he exclaimed, hugging the elder wildly. "What are you doing here? Did they let you out?", the boy asked, choking on tears of relief.

The assassin returned the embrace. But unseen to Misaki he had a knife in his sleeve. He drew it out and grabbed it in his hand. He then proceeded to swing the knife to kill Misaki but Muki was watching through the window on the door. She quickly opened it and yelled, “MISAKI!!”. The blade however stayed on course despite her warning.

Misaki looked up at Muki's yell just a second before the knife hit his back. His eyes widened at the pain, disbelief spreading across his face. "Sh... Shiro?", he asked, before the pain overwhelmed him and he groaned, then screamed, breaking down on all fours. He did not understand... why would Shiro ever want to kill him? "Muki!", Misaki screamed in terror and pain. "Help me", he sobbed, trying to crawl away from 'Shiro', moving backwards.

Muki did what Misaki asked and rushed in to help him. She tackled the fake Shiro but wasn’t able to budge him. He grabbed her and pushed her unto the wall harshly. He turned around and pulled out another knife to finish of Misaki. He didn’t say a word in case his voice transformation failed on him. But Misaki was on his own now. With Muki down his only hope of survival was himself.

Misaki's body was shaking, he was bleeding and in pain. He had used the little time Muki had given him to reach out for the button to call the nurses. He held hit pressed, hoping at least someone would come and help him. There was a trail of blood leading to Misaki who now picked up an empty vase, the only thing he had to defend himself.

A nurse came in but before she could do anything the assassin quickly got behind her and slit her trout. This mission was going down hill and all because that little girl gave him away. He would deal with her later if he had the time but right now his focus was on Misaki. The fake Shiro waked closer to him with the bloody knife in hand.

Misaki had used the time, the assassin took to kill the nurse, to break the face. Now he was at least armed with something sharp. Grabbing Muki's pillow the boy threw it at the assassin, then moved as quickly as he could being injured, to stab the elder with the vase. After all, Shiro had taught him at least a thing or two about killing people. There was no time to think or wonder why Shiro would attack him. Maybe he had just gone crazy? Maybe someone made him? Misaki cried without noticing but did not hesitate when he stabbed the assassin and then ran out of the room, trying to find people to help him. He screamed, shouted for help and bled all over the floor. Misaki felt himself getting weaker...

The stab wound Misaki created caused the illion to ware off and the assassin’s real face was revealed. He got the vase piece out of his leg and looked around noticing both the kids were no longer there. Muki had quickly followed Misaki. She too was weaken but not to the extent of Misaki. She grabbed Misaki’s arm and put on the back of her neck. “Somebody help!” She yelled with Misaki. Just then the hallway behind them exploded causing Muki to let go of Misaki and letting them both fall to the ground again. The assassin walked through the smoke having regained his illusion of Shiro.

The yelling and the explosion led people to Misaki and Muki. Two medics dragged the kids away while a group of Shinobi, who had been in for a check up after a long mission rushed to attack the assassin. Misaki was trembling, he felt himself getting weaker. His back wound was bleeding badly and the medics had not time to wait for the fight to be over. They brought both Muki and Misaki out of harm's way, calling for guards to protect them in their new room before they started taking care of Misaki's injury, stopping the bleeding and giving him stitches. The boy kept crying, mostly however because he had not seen the assassin lose the illusion and still thought Shiro tried to kill him.

The guards and the assassin fought in a bitter struggle. The assassin received some scratches which cause his illusion to fade. There was no point in bringing it back up since they probably knew it wasn’t Shiro in the first place. He quickly stabbed one guard in the heart killing him, and injured two more to the point they couldn’t fight. He was outnumbered but even so, the poison he tipped in the blade he stabbed Misaki with should do the job if he himself couldn’t. It was a very slow working poison it does no damage to the victim for a day. By the time the victim notices that they have been poison it would be to late. But he had to kill the nurses before they could possibly find it. He made a rush for the door but was stopped by a pitch black sword that stabbed into the wall in his way. Tsukiakara was looking at the assassin with his other sword drawn. (want to control the assassin for a while ^^) Muki was helping the nurses give them bottles of medicine that they asked for.

The assassin snarled at Tsuikiakara. "Get out of my way, kid. I have a job to do."
His own, blood stained weapon still drawn he attempted to stab Tsukiakara down.
He had no time for this, he had to make sure Misaki was going to die.

Tsukiakara was briefed on a quick plan to dispose of this assassin. He would do a frontal attack as the guards already in the building stuck and got the assassins back. “So do I!” He shouted as he leaped toward the assassin. The shout was merely to get his attention while the guards got in position. (kill the guards if you want ^^)

The assassin was far too well trained to be fooled by such a simple strategy. Ducking he evaded the first of the guards' attacks and then turned around with his knees still bent, stabbing the guard's guts from below before rolling to the side, away from his opponents. Now that he was no longer in between them, the assassin watched their movements carefully and decided to get rid of the second guard first, before taking care of the kid.

(The assassin will probably keep trying till he either kills Misaki for sure, gets captured, or he himself gets killed. If for some reason he doesn’t kill Misaki and he has to flee he will probably be back to finish the job. Any of those would be good. Let’s just see what happens ^^)

Well that plan certainly didn’t work. But nonetheless Tsukiakara swung his sword to try a vertical slash right above the assassins head. The second guard also went in for a lunge attack for the assassin’s stomach.

The assassin let himself drop backwards, then rolled off over his shoulder. He threw one of his smaller knifes he carried strapped to his body at the guard, hitting the man right in his throat.
Now there was only that kid left. Troublesome brat.
"If you leave now and let me do my job, I won't have to kill you", the assassin offered. While talking, he inched his way past Tsukiakara towards the room they had brought Misaki to. His body was always facing Tsukiakara while the assassin moved around him.

“Yeah, and what is this job?” Tsukaikara asked. If he could get the assassin to talk maybe he could figure out a way to stop him. Tsukiakara inched forward some more but didn’t make a move of attack.
