Meeting for Reason

"What you did back there...." She gulped with fear. "That was...that was just..." Toshi frowned, rubbed her eyes and let him drag her to the mansion.

When they were in the mansion he sat her down in a chair and he sat down too. "That was just what?"

Toshi looked down, shivering. What just happened would be traumatic. "That was...dirty."

"What happened was you're safe. I would do anything to keep you safe. Even if or when you hate me."

Toshi looked up at him. There was no confusion, anger or hate. Just disappointment. "I would never hate you...but I never thought you'd do something like that."

"You are the only one who has shone me friendship in over 9 years, Toshi. So yes I would do that for you."

"I understand. I wouldn't do the same thing for you, but something just as much of a sacrifice..." Toshi nodded, and took his poisoned hands, palm up. She brought her lips to the cut and started to suck the poison out.

It stung his hands a little but he delt with it. "Doesn't that do something to you? Or do you just spit it out?"

"I don't really know. It hurts, but I'll get through. It is for Yuu-chan, anyway," she said, smiling. Then she bandaged his hand and kissed it lightly. "A kiss for your booboo!"

Yuudai put some pressure on the bandage, then put his glove back on. "Now what do you want to do? There is a world of possibalities!"

Toshi whimpered, then glomped Yuudai tightly. "YOU WERE GONE SO LONG, HOW COULD YOU?! Why didn't you visit, or drop a line or SOMETHING?!"

"Sorry did it upset you that I left? I mean, that bad? You missed me that much?"

"Yes, I did, you meanie!" Toshi hugged him tight, looking the angriest she had in her life. "A WHOLE YEAR!"

"Sorry if it made you fell that lonely. I didn't want to take you then because you know how many time I almost got killed on my travels? A lot and I got attacked a lot too."

"It's a good thing Aiden was here," she said, looking tired. "Asmo snuck into my room for a midnight snack. Without you, I was really defenceless..."

((I assume that he hasn't killed Asmo yet?))

"Well Aiden is dead now so you don't have to worry!"

"Yeah." Toshi sighed, smiled and looked down. "...but still...You made me so confused when you were gone..."

"How did I make you confused while I was gone? Didn't you have confadence in me comming back?"
