Meeting for Reason

"What are you thinking about? Uhh actually don't answer that." Yuudai sat on the edge of the fountain and a minute later he fell in with a *splash*.

Toshi laughed and wiped the foam off her face. "I always played here if Aiden-sama's busy when you're gone. It was lonely," she said, sighing.

Yuudai heard what she said while bubbling under the foamy water. He then surfaced and said with soap in his hair, "Is lonely when neith ke nor Aiden are around. I would think of it as a break. Because either me or Aiden and sometimes both are almost always around you." *chuckle and smile*

"I don't like being alone, even for just one second, without you or him," she said monotonously, brushing the soap out of his hair. "Because how do I know one of you are going to disappear tomorrow?"

"Yea that is true. Why are you so worried about me and Aiden?" he said this in a conserning way. Not trying to sound mean, or like he didn't care.

"Because you two care about me too, so I'm doing it back," she said, smiling. "And I love you both."

"Oh" he then sliped back into the water, but his head was still above the surface of the water so he could still talk, and communicate.

"Yuu-chan... Do you think I'm selfish?" she asked sadly.

He just sat there for a moment as if he didn't hear her. Then replied, "No, why would I think you are selfish? Did Aiden tell you that you are selfish?"

"No, it's just that... I love both you and Aiden, is that selfish of me?"

"No, not at all. But the problemis, there will come a day when you have to choose either me, or Aiden, and that will be a hard decision for you."

Toshi nodded. "...that's what I'm afraid of. What if I can't choose, and both of you leave me?"

"We won't leave you until you choose and whomever you didn't choose will leave you alone until you want to talk to them. Also, you can choose neither."

Toshi nodded, and smiled weakly. "Yeah... I can't have too much of a good thing... Yuu-chan, I'm glad I met you," she said, and planted a soapy kiss on his forehead.

"I'm deffenantly glad I met you! I mean, after 9 years of sollitude I'm really glad I met you." he smiled and chuckled.

"Yeah. You have a great smile, too bad it was hidden so long," she said, grinning. "So. What did I do to be your bestfriend? I don't remember..."

"I just told you, Naka, your re-incarnation, releived me of my sorrow and grief. After she killed herself I despised Asmo. When I realsied she was back, you, I was happy again. But not as happy as when I met Naka. Because after she died, I had lost another person presious to me. First my parents which left a hole in my heart that can't be replaced and is now being replaced by rage. Then Naka, but the hole was filled halfway when you came. But the other half of that hole is also being filled with rage."

Toshi sighed, smiled weakly and cupped his face. "Rage...what good is that? I don't think your parents would want you to be wasting your life like this. I'm not telling you to forget about the hole, just take the rage out. And replace it with happiness. Aren't you happy that you had such great parents? That they gave you life? And aren't you happy that I'm back, and I love you more than ever now?"

"I can't at least, my parents, I can't replace that rage. I despise Iwagakure, and noone and nothing can change my mind about that. But I will eventually get the rage for Asmo replaced with happyness."

Toshi smiled wider, and leaned forward and hugged him warmly. "Now, that's the Yuudai I know. I trust you, and I know you'd never hurt me or get me sad..."

"No I woulden't" he chuckled and then felt a little. He had just remembered when he had left the village and left Toshi in tears. He hoped that she didn't remember that anymore.

"And you'd never leave me, ever again, right?" she asked, smiling just as she did in Naka's body. "Well, Yuu-chan, you deserve a punishment for that..."

"No, I won't. Only if it's an absoulutly emrgency, and even then I'll see if I can take you with me."

"But...if I leave Konoha, will you promise me you won't track me down?"

"I promiss." he smiled and hugged her. "But why would you leave? Besides when you go to your home land."
