Sand (connie and Nbird)

"We should move from here." Lantin said quickly. "Can you walk." He said as he lifted Tsukiakara to his feet adn held him up. "I can't drag him on my own." He admitted. "I just need you to help me keep him balanced.

Nodding she slowly stood, fighting back a dizzy spell and looped Tsukiakaras arm around her shoulders "lean on me Tsu" she instructed, why was she suddenly calling him Tsu? Yukiko had no ideA but the nickname didn't seem so bad "any idea where we are? We were knocked out and taken here so I have no clue" she admitted, trying to support Tsukiakara while they walked.

*skiping turn*

"In the middle of the desert." Lantin said. About a mile outside of Suna. "I followed the drag marks they left in the sand. Thats how I found you here. But we should move. Before a sandstorm hits." Lantin started to move Tsukiakara with Yukiko's help to the cave enterence. It wouldn't take them long to get back to the village and medical help if they can get ahead of the storms.

even though she was weakened she still managed to haul her fallen comrade, along with the mans help of course. "Guess I owe you onee when we get to the village" chuckling lightly she continued to walk, each step feeling like she could drop any minute, sheesh, att least he was taken care of now, well when they managed to reach the village at least. Yukiko was looking forward to her nice, soft bed and mabey cuddling up to a good book. Even Ninja's needed to rest at times

Lantin just continued to walk. Maybe he would store his scythe in his home and take her up on the offer. For now, he had to get these two back to the village in one piece. "I'm sorry to force you to carry him in your condition." He leaned over and placed his hand on the back of her shoulder. They made their way out into the light and started to cross the dessert.

*skip*

"It's okay, i'm tough, a little injury won't stop me" smiling slightly at him she continued the walk, she wouldn't leave a friend behind, no matter how weak she felt. They continued walking and Yukiko didn't really speak unless she was asked a question, she wanted to save her strength, damn Zion to hell, heh maybe she would see him there, after all, she had killed numerous people, no way would she be going to heaven.

"Your heart bares heavy." Lantin said quietly. "May Death take you quickly and deliever you past the gates." Lantin said, his palms burned slightly, but he ignored it. He had to focus on getting these two back to the sand. They walked quietly, until they could see the gates. At that point, a few gte guards appered infroount of them. 'We are to escort you to the hospital.' Lantin nobbed and began to walk away but was stopped. 'We mean all of you.'

"huh?" she asked snapping out of her thoughts as he mentioned something about death taking her quickly. Shaking her head slightly her vision blurred and she had to blink numerous times to clear it, the village soon appeared before them and she almost laughed in relief, she could rest! what joy! Looking at the guards she followed without question, except she furrowed her eyebrows in confusion when they said they needed him to come to "Well Come on mister, no use arguing!" she smirked back at him before walking slowly to the hospital, as they were taken to their respective rooms/beds she demanded to be in the same room as her wounded team mate, she wondered if her had ever been tortured before.

Tsukiakara slept in the hospital bed. He had been tortured before but this one was much harder on him than the last. He softly snored as he continued to rest. (so for the short post)

Lantin sat in the window alcove in the room. They had taken a few veils of blood and left him be for now. His scythe rested on his back in its holster. He sat watching the other two in there beds. He wasn't sure why he had to be brought there, but he wouldn't argue. He looked over at the girl. Cute, strong, and a great lire. She was bashed up pretty bad, most likely from talking back to her captor. Then he looked bdown at his palms. They were still burning slightly, and a small line had appeared on each of them.

She was placed in a bed aside from Tsukiakara and after they saw and checked the extent of her wounds they hooked her up to an IV drip and demanded she rested, she knew she was about to pass out and she was so much more injured then she let on but she would never show weakness in front of anyone, so she stayed awake, fighting unconsciousness, staring at Tsu to keep her awake "please be okay" she whispered turing her attention to the newcomer who was looking at her "your not injured are you?" she asked and not following her advice she climbed out of bed and walked over to beside Tsu, her drip trailing behind her with a small squeak, she would help him and give him more chance to recover.

Summoning the last of her chakra in her hands she pressed it firmly to his chest and the parts of his body he was injured, medical jutsu could help him and she was so thankful that she had learnt it for times like this. Her vision went blurry sooner then she hoped yet she fought to stay awake, even as her arms felt like lead and just before she blacked out she forced herself to fall backwards, onto the floor, instead of risk falling and injuring Tsukiakara. she passed out with a smile on her face.

The healing jutsu helped Tsukiakara a lot. His recovery would hasten a lot now. Now he was just sleeping for the much needed rest he needed.

Lantin got up and caught the girl before she hit the ground. He lifted her up and placed her in her bed, and returned to sitting on the window ledge. She was right of course. He wasn't injuries, not physically. He looked down at the burns on his palms.

Yukiko stayed asleep for what seemed the longest time although in reality it was probably only for the night.

Tsukiakara suddenly woke up having had a nightmare. It was morning. He looked around to see Yukiko still asleep but Lantin still awake. "Where am I?" He asked Lantin. (sorry for short post as well)

Lantin had been up all night, watching, waiting. The burning in his palms hd ended, ut now there was an unusually noise in his head. Something like a distant horn blowing. He turned to look at Tsukiakara as he woke up. "Your in the Suna hospital." Lantin explained. "Your safe, along with Yukiko."
