Negotiating was long since ended. He had murdered Nato's squad along with dozens of civilians. Now he had taken a hostage. No, Nato had no plans of "talking." He stepped up his spped and pulled out a smoke bomb from his flak jacket. When he was close enough he threw it. The smalll ball exploded into a cloud of thick black smoke which Nato charaged right into. He ran right at the criminal nad threw a stright left , bypassing the girl, and landing it straight in hte mans face.

Ryou landed just as Nato vanished into the smoke cloud. He quickly maneuvered to the otherside of the smoke cloud his puppet in front of him. He paitently waited as he knew that the man would have to run. In these unfavorable conditions he would have no other alternative, and it was this that would be the crutial moment for Ryou to strike.

Unfortunately a last minute clone was made saving the rouge for the kunia in the face. The real one started digging to the underground hoping this would help his escape. Muki on the other hand was left standing there. Free from the clones grasp she was able to take off the rope allowing her to speak once more. "IT'S A TRAP!!" She yelled out. Paper bombs were set all over her back each of them at that very second starting to activate. Without quick action she and anyone around her would blow into pieces.

Nato turned and started to defuse each bomb. Being an explosive expert was paying off. After he pulled off adn defused the last tag, he sighed. He let the tag fall to the gound nad stompped on it. Then he turned to where the criminal went underground. "Bastard." Nato growled

Ryou watched as the snow started to be disturbed. His gaze was glued to where the snow was moving and buldging. It was clear something was under there. He twitched his left index finger and his puppet's mouth opened and began to shoot Senbon at the ground as it was disturbed.

His head snapped to his companions when he heard Setsuki speak. This also caused him to stop his assault on whatever was underground. As he saw the paper bombs he was dumbfounded he had no idea what to do. For the second time he was greatful that he had the Anbu with him.

Running wasn't an option anymore. The rouge was going to fight now. If he could just kill the Anbu he was home free. After all he had what he came for and that was the box that he swiped from Muki. He started to do hand signs while he was underground. It was time to end this once and for all.

Muki watched as the others fought though she was going to have to fight if the others couldn't so she prepared herself by drawing a ninja knife. Also she felt it was time to spill the beans. "That guy stole a very important box I was carrying. I need to get it back."

Nato quickly created a flurry of hand signs. "Bomb Clones." To each side, three clones appered. These were Nato's special verison of the shadow clone jutsu. All the power, with a special suprise inside. The clones and Nato spread out, ready to take the criminal down, when he reappered. "C'mon you bastard. You left one Anbu around. Lets see you try and finish the job." He growled.

As Nato Peformed his jutsu Ryou realized just how close he could be to the ninja. He then quickly jumped back farther out of range making himself a harder target. His puppet was out of senbon so his attacks became limited. He frowned deeply as he calculated the moves he now had avalible to him. The one thing he had going for him was that if the ninja came out of the ground around where he went in then he might come up onto some of his poison senbon. Ryou stood there waiting with his puppet at the ready for his opponents next move.

And evil laugh shook the ground as a monstrous being came out of the ground. It was a giant made entirely out of chakra solidified earth. The thief was inside it like a zord from Power Rangers. He took one of the giant’s big fists and trusted it toward the remaining Anbu trying to kill him. Muki looked up at in in sheer fright. “That thing is huge” She commented in a terrified voice.

One of the clones jumped up and grabbed the arm of the stone golem. With a smirk, the clone exploded, blowing the arm off of the stone armor clean off of it. The real Nato, along with his clones began making hand signs. "your gonna have to do better then that to kill me." Nato growled.

Ryou backed up a bit further to get the full scope of the giant. As soon as he judged it was safe his middle finger on both of his hands twitched. This action caused his puppet's tail to curve up over it's head. With another twitch of his fingers several holes on the tail opened up and out shot six Kunai knives. All of which found different places on the golem to stick. As soon as they hit the golem the Kunai exploded clearly fitted with explosive tags. Ryou smiled as he watched the explosions damage the golem further "You'll have to do better than that if you plan to fight here in the snow."

The rouge was defiantly at a disadvantage with not having a lot of soil to work with. But he stuck to his plan, kill the Anbu then escape. With the remaining arm the giant had, it reached out to the Anbu and started to fire solid rocks as high speed like a machine gun. The gaint paid no heed to the two genin’s that he was also against.

Nato jumpped backwards, doing backflips to avid the rocks. His clones did the same to each side. As he moved, Nato pulled out two explosive tags tied to the end of kunai knives. He landed nad lept foward, over the rocks. He landed on the golems shoulders and stabbed the two knives between the rocks. He jumpped back off before the criminal could react and detonated the tags. The paper expolsives blew, taking off the armor's other arm at the shoulder.

Ryo smiled as he saw his opportunity to strike. He snapped his wrist and his puppet opened it's mouth. He then flexed his fingers and a giant ball shot out of it's mouth. The ball flew towards the golem and hit it in the stomach. As it connected the ball exploded and a huge crater was now left in the Golem's stomach. Cracks began to spread up towards the chest.
