Best friends, always. (Naka and Yuudai)

It's like betrayal. And thats basically it."

Aiden let out a low whistle. "Wow, you have a good memory... Did you analyse what her words meant?"

"Not really, I just listened. As soon as she said about how I hurt her, I left. I'm sick of hearing that."

"....and other than being sick, what else do you feel?"

"Mad, enraged, reached theend of myrope, hatred, anger. and many other things along the lines of that."

"Hatred? You hate her now?"

"No, I don't hate her. I love her, and she just can't seem to process that anymore. Since Kaji is with her. I hate those words, and I'm sick of hearing them."

"Have you tried being nice to her?"

Yuudai's face darkened a little, "I aven't seen her in half a year, how can I be nice to her when I haven't seen her,"

"Just...treat her like before you were in love and all that. Yuudai, she needs a friend."

"She doesn't need me anymore, Aiden. She has you and Kaji to take care of her. Soon I'll just be another guy she met in a past life and I
ll be forgotten." by now they had stopped. After he had said this, Yuudai kept walking.

"Man, you're stubborn." Aiden sighed and followed. "So you thought her love is just going to burn out over time?"

"Hasn't that happened with every other guy she met and fell in love with? Same will happen with me"

"Ah, by those guys you meant, me, you and Kaji? She had little, schoolgirl crushes, but it's only in this and her previous lifetime did she fall in love with one other than me."

"You mean me right? I'm the one other than you?" he had stoped walking and turned around slightly.

Aiden frowned. "I don't get it, really. You love punching me, you have a short temper and you're dangerous to be around when mad, yet she fell for you, hard."

"You find it hard to understand how we fell in love? We're total opisates, pretty much. But if something means a lot to you, it'll find a way to work out."

"Oh yeah?" Aiden was dying to ask the question, but held his tongue. "Why didn't you confess to Naka when she was alive, then?"

"Because I was afraid of the answer, that she would slap me, or totally leave without ever speaking to me again. Got anymore questions?"

"Ah. Weren't you afraid Toshi might have done the same?"

"A few days before Naka died, I finally got up the guts to tell her. But I didn't see her, then she had died. When I relised that Toshi was Naka's re-incarnation, I got the guts to tell her quicker than last time. Any more?"

"Why's Naka different from Toshi?"

"Why, or how? Naka and Toshi are very different to me. Now I'm not trying to offend Toshi when I say any of this, but Naka was much stronger than Toshi is now. Anything else?"

"Yeah...seperately, just how much do the two of them mean to you?"

"They both mean the world to me." he then knew Aiden was going to ask 'What about Ember?' or something like that, and he didn't want to hear it.
