Best friends, always. (Naka and Yuudai)

"Well, I'm never going to kiss you again, and that makes me kinda sad..." She sighed and pat the hand on her chin. "...Ember's such a lucky girl."

"You do know you're not married yet, you don't have a cmmitment made yet, and you don't have to. If you're not married you can still kiss who you want and even when you are, you can still kiss other boys, you just have to remember that you man is the man you married."

Toshi shrugged. "Even if I wanted to kiss you, I can't. A girl doesn't like it when her boyfriend kisses her best friend. It's like betrayal."

"Just like I did to you, and I'm sorry for everything that happened between you and me. I really am"

Toshi shrugged weakly. "Did...did you even consider me a girlfriend?"

"Yes I did, Toshi. Why woulden't you think that?" he was hoping that after this question was answered that they could drop the subject of him leaving her, and anything like that.

"...we knew each other for over a year. And then I lost you to someone you fell in love with in a week."

Yuudai then stood up, "I'm sick of hearing this." then walked out leaving money to pay for his and Toshi's food. He was going to leave early, "Looks like you're going to have to find a new ring berer, Toshi. I'm sold out" then walked away.

Toshi sighed and leaned back. "Yep, same old Yuudai." She chuckled and blushed lightly. She was burning with jealousy for Ember. Was beauty that important a fact when trying to hook a man?

Yuudai was sick of hearing the bad he did with Toshi, and now she thinks he never loved her. 'Looks like I'm back where I was before, nice to be back in the darkness' he thought sarcastically.

Aiden appeared infront of Yuudai, arms crossed. "What did you do? She's sad."

Yuudai punched Aiden in the face and kept walking, "Ask her new boyfriend/future husband."

He ignored the punch and followed. "What the hell are you talking about?!" Aiden asked, frowning. What husband?

"Kaji from Kirigakure apparently. She went to Kiri and met him, after about six monthes she's decided to marry him, and asked me to be the ring berer at the weding."

"SHE'S WHAT?! F*ck, this is bad... Did you accept being ringbearer?"

"I did.. at first. I eventually got ticked and got sick of hearing about what I did to her, and declined it."

Aiden sighed. "What did she say?"

"When I accecpted she was a little happy. When I just now declined I don't know what her reaction was, most likely that I'll just say I can next time I see her. Which isn't going to happen, and if you want to crash the weding then go ahead, tell me how it goes."

"Yuudai, Kaji hasn't even proposed yet. Naka's just a bit too excited."

"I don't know" Yuudai was saying in sing-song, "She seemed pretty sure about it." then he stoped the sing-song, "She said one reason she was sad was because she could never kiss me again. I said that she could kiss who she wanted, then she said that it would be like betraying. Eventhough she's not even married yet."

"Meh, she's pretty touchy when it comes to loyalty. Before these lives, she was betrayed and backstabbed by the people she loved and cared for."

"Never say those words to my face, anymore. Okay old man?" Yuudai had gotten used to calling Aiden 'old man' because Aiden was REALLY old.

"Whatever, brat! Anyway, what else did she say?"

"Not much. She said that she loves Kaji like no other or something like that I think, and that she was going to have children with him after they get married. Just go ask her, she's right in the raman shop" he pointed back with his thumb.

"Impossible!" Aiden said, frowning. "She's not in love with him yet. Can you remember exactly what she said?"
