Sand (connie and Nbird)

She followed Tsukiakara in silence, she wanted to get indoors or under cover before the rain hit them, she liked her new team mate but she still wanted this mission to end, there was someone wrong about this mission but she didn't know what.

The path continued on until more paths lay head of them. “Now where do we go?” He asked.

She expanded her chakara and searched for enemies but found none "I can't sense anything" she sighed, now where would they go "just pick a path and I'll go ahead and scout it out", for once she had no idea what to do, so she let Tsukiakara decide, she just hoped it wouldn't lead to there demise.

“You don’t have to do that” He said. He took out several kunai and begin throwing one down each path. He than sat down, did some hand signs, and closed his eye. “Ninja Art: Sword Sight Jutsu”

She didn't know what he was doing but she waited for his next move, she didn't want to ask because it might distract him from whatever he was doing.

After a minute of analyzing, Tsukiakara broke the jutsu. “That one seems to be the best one” he said pointing.

She nodded "what was that?" she enquired, and what did it do. She walked on nonthless and waited for the next attack or challenge.

“Sword Sight, it allows me to see what nearby swords and kunai see” He said as they continued walking. Soon he felt a little raindrop on his shoulder.

she nodded "thats a useful skill to have" soon the rain started, and she walked faster hoping to see some sort of shelter up ahead, but lady luck wasnt on their side and they found nothing. The rain came down hard and fast and even her wind chakara could not keep her dry, soo she was shivering "we need to find somewhere soon" she announced and kept walking,

Even the trees weren’t able to provide shelter in this down pour. “Hold on I have an idea.” He took out a scroll, bit his thumb, and smeared his blood on it. Two swords appeared on the scroll. Tsukiakara only took one and the scroll resealed. He then stabbed the sword in to ground and soon a huge dome of ice surrounded them.

She grinned "your just full of neat surprises arent you" she grabbed his hand and did a mild healing jutsu on it and yawned as she realesed the cart and lay down "i'll take first watch" she muttered and looked up at Tsukiakara, he looked tired and should rest, even though her eyes were bearly being kept open, she decided he should rest first

Tsukiakara did what he was told and laid down. He guessed that he would have the 2ed shift after Yukiko. He closed his eyes and listened to the rain falling onto the dome.

She sat up and slapped her cheeks to stay awake, it worked for a little bit, but after the first two hours she couldnt stay awake. she looked over to tsukikara and shook him awake "wake up tsukiakara, i need some sleep" she yawned and forced her eyes to stay open a little longer.

“Ok” He said with a yawn as he got up. He went outside still a little tired. He took out a pill from his pocket. This would help him stay awake for the rest of the night at the cost of some of his chakra.

Yukiko curled up on the floor and fell asleep instantly, she just hoped he could handle anything that came along.

Several hours had passed. The exile ninja were probably wondering where they were but hopefully the rain was covering there trail and scent. Soon a lighting bolt came down in the distance.

Yukiko awoke and rubbed her eyes "how long was I out?" she hoped he hadn't stayed up to long, she yawned and stretched before standing up and pacing the ice dome.

“I say about 8 hours” he said. The rain had finally stopped by the time she woke up. “Do you want to head out?” He asked.

"eight hours?!?! Why didn't you wake me, your probably exhausted" she picked up the cart and patted a spare spot on it "sit her and rest, I'll wake you if we come across any trouble"

“It’s ok. I’m awake though I’m probably not going to be able do the same tonight.” He took his sword out of the ground and the dome immediately melted. “Are you ready to go?” He said.

She pinched the bridge of her nose "why do ninja have to be stubborn" she shook her head and sighed "yeah let's go" she grabbed the cart and walked out of he now melted dome, she stopped and waited for Tsukiakara to follow

Tsukiakara followed. The path was leading them almost for a direct course for the mountain Tsukiakara said the other day.

They walked ahead in silence, Yukiko kept her chakara scattered so she was alert to any enemy attacks or ambushes. A couple of hours later a huge mountain came into view "wow, that's kinda big" she joked, she had never seen a mountain before and she looked to Tsukiakara for guidance "what are they used for?" she asked curiously.

“Well, they’re often the sources of rivers and sometimes they have minerals such as gold or silver in them.” There are probably abandoned mines and the merchants probably used them to their advantage.” The trail was slightly steep so it took a little more effort to get the cart up.

"hmm what's gold and silver?" she took the chance of the peaceful walk to ask about stuff she didn't know, her mother had only taught her what she needed to survive "sorry for the questions, but I only really know the basics, I was only taught what I needed to survive" she said and smiled, the walk got steeper but they made fairly good pace. "I'm surprised we haven't been attacked yet, but hey who's complaining" she laughed.
