Journey into The Mist ( Toshi & Kaji )

" mmm.... that makes sense considering his relationship with you " Kaji said " what wait our wedding ...." he laughed " finally your accepting me "

Toshi blushed, rubbing her face against his chest again. "Ah...it is inevitable, anyway, right? Um...so...who's going to be the best man...?" she squeaked. Maybe a certain Uchiha best friend of hers...

" Raiden san of course he's been like a brother to me since the mizukage put me on his team... and then i guess if we are having a big wedding Shika, Choji and Neji for the groomsmen" he smirked " what about you whos going to be your maid of honor"

"Ah, Miru of course!" she said, smiling as sighed. She couldn't really imagine the Uchiha or herself in dresses. Though she knew Miru would look beautiful in hers. But then, she'd be outshined on her wedding day...? At the thought, it slightly stabbed her heart. "C-can Yuudai be ringbearer and Ember the flower girl?"

" I dont think ill need a ringbearer " Kaji said he didnt trust the Uchiha ... and he didnt want him near Toshi. he thought of something else " your going to look so good that day" he said a faint image of it ran through his mind

"Aww! B-but...! He's my best friend! He and Ember are two very important people in my life. They've never hurt me before, and I trust them with all my heart. Let them be in the wedding, please," she begged, kissing his chin lightly.

" why not have them as your brides maids ... Im sure Yuudai would look good in a dress " Kaji snickered " and being escorted by Neji "

"...maybe he wo- hey, that's mean!" Toshi said, rolling her eyes. "He'd kill me if that happened!"

'he's going to anyway' he thought bitterly " well I guess he could wear a suit but I dont think him and I will get along very well "

"Why not? He has a bit of a temper, but he's a nice guy! You are one too," she said, planting another kiss on his chin. "It'll be fine. Let him be ringbearer, please?" Toshi smiled up to him.

" I was actually thinking of having Neko-mi do that " he lied effortlessly ' I dont want that bastard there not when he's going to." he bit his lip at the thought of it

"Neko-mi's going to be my other flower girl, silly," she joked, grinning. "Well, why don't you want Yuudai as the bearer? He's my best friend..."

Kaji sighed unsure if she could read thoughts or not ... I dont know him well enough right now... Im not sure I want him holding onto the ring " which was partially true on more than one count

"But I know him very well, and I know he'd be a good ringbearer," Toshi protested. She wasn't always this stubborn, but Yuudai was her best friend.

" We shall see ... this is a ninja world after all whose to say Shika or Raiden or Yuudai wont die before we are ready to marry" he said his tone was soft hiding what he really wanted Yuudai at least severally crippled

Toshi frowned and shook her head. "D-don't say that! They won't get hurt! T-then...we get the wedding as soon as I fall in love with you, okay?" she said, blushing lightly.

" Sure but whos to say when that will be " Kaji countered again a very faint smirk on his face

"When do you think it'll be?" she asked, closing her eyes and she cuddled up to him under the sheets.

" What are you saying you want the wedding tomorrow " he asked " thats a little short notice dont you think" he paused as she got closer to him " Everyday I wake up and think todays the day she falls for me" he said in soft whisper

"Well, no...if you want the wedding...you have to help me get something done first," she said, tucking a soft pillow under her shoulder. "I need to find out the truth about my past...why somethings hurt so much... I'm so confused."

" Aiden gave me something that might help" he muttered. he was so relaxed he forgot he was speaking out loud

"What do you mean?" Toshi placed a hand on his shoulder, sending in the same chakra like the one she used at the hotspring to make him relax.

Kaji tensed up but then felt her trying to loosen his tongue with that massage trick of hers "Promise me you wont be mad "

"I can never stay mad at you, Kaji," she said sincerely as she sent in more chakra.

He gulped "I hadnt wanted to say this but Yuudai .... he's the one..." he trailed off looking ashamed and he was he should have given the book to toshi right away but the Devil on his shoulder aka Aiden had made that sound like a bad idea
