Journey into The Mist ( Toshi & Kaji )

Toshi yawned again and opened her eyes fully. She saw Kaji, and the corners of her mouth turned up in a weak smile. "Wakey-wakey," she mumbled, kissing his nose.

Neko-mi was in the kitchen, watching Ryouken cook.

"10 more minutes" he groaned

Ryouken turned on the stove " this shouldnt be to hard" The Nara man said turning on the ovens burner however he had put the pot on the wrong one and set his hand down on the active one. He pulled his hand back and swore "owie" he said blowing on the burn

"Kaji, come on, wake up," Toshi huffed. As a desperate attempt, she leaned forward and placed her lips on the corner of his mouth.

Neko-mi rolled her eyes and seemed to snicker. "Meow!" 'Make some sushi!'

Kaji groaned " What a nice way to wake up.... "

Ayame hurried damn stairs to find her husband on the ground nursing a burn
" oh suck it up your a ninja for crying out loud "
" Yeah and I cant ven cook breakfast for my wife " he pouted

"Come on, you lazy bum." Toshi smiled and gave the corner of his mouth another kiss.

Neko-mi looked like she was laughing, watching Ryouken so immature.

" Fine Fine but you never see me waking you when im awake and your still sleeping " he said sitting up in bed his hair was a mess sticking off in various directions

"Ah, not yet, not until we're married." Toshi smiled and nuzzled her head against him like a little kitten. "And when you need me to wake up and feed Isamu-chan."

he was to tired to speak so he just nodded and fell back down on his pillow
"3 more minutes"

"Wha- nuu! Um... If you go shower now, I'll give you a tongue kiss," she offered timidly, poking him.

" mmmm.... sounds nice ... you can shower first though and I can get some more sleep its a win win ... isnt it "he asked her letting out a yawn

"Gah...you..." Toshi huffed, and grabbed hold of one of his ankles. "Heave ho!" She tightened her grip and tried pulling him off the bed.

" Fine Im up Im up " he grumbled as she managed to get his legs over the side of the bed

"Yay!" Toshi smiled and gave him a kiss, licking him once before letting go of him altogether.

kaji a hand to where she licked him and blushed he rubbed the cheek and went to shower laving toshi behind

After he was done, Toshi took her shower and went downstairs to the kitchen, trailing behind him. She didn't know how she could endure any more of Ayame's words, but just squeezed Kaji's hand, not looking up.

Kaji looked down at the girl "dont worry " he muttered as they entered th kitchen

Toshi gulped and sat down next to Kaji when they got to the kitchen. She kept her gaze down. Toshi was wary of Ayame now, though she still thought she was a nice person.

breakfast went by quickly no one said much of anything to each other but plenty could be understood, Ryouken couldnt cook, ayame was weary of Toshi and vica ver say and Kaji sesuffering from it all

After Toshi was done, she excused herself and left the house. Though Ayame didn't say anything more about it, Toshi still hurt from the day before. She was sprinting to the diner she and Kaji went to the morning after their stay at the Susanoo hotsprings.

Neko-mi pat Kaji, shaking her head. 'You need to clear things up with your mother...'

(( yawns * im gunna some zzz's be back in 2-3 hours ... if your still on then ))

(Alright, sleep tight )

(Gah sorry I slept so long ... why are you up so late isnt it like 3 am or something)

(2.15 am actually. I have insomnia and *possibly* ADD o.O ....pie ... I can't stay long >.> )

Kaji looked at his mother " You should have apologized to her " he growled
Ayame opened her mouth and closed it again as kaji went on " I love Toshi chan very much and I dont care about what you think. . .Toshi wont hurt me " he shouted leaving the kitchen. Ryouken put his hands on ayame's shoulders " Sounds somthing like what I said to my mother "

Toshi sighed, leaning against the diner's wall, outside. What Ayame had said really hurt her... She frowned, and put a hand over her heart. Kaji was a good person, and he helped heal her wound...but just as it almost closed up, Ayame ripped it back open and she was ten times more hurt than usual. Toshi had liked Ayame. She was a nice person and very kind. And she still thinks that way too. "...Kaji..."

Neko-mi was surprised. She didn't know it would turn out that way and wondered what was Ayame's next reaction.
