A Long needed Break

"No fair...just that?" She pouted and put the dried dishes away. She understood he didn't know how to reveal or express his feelings. But...she wanted to know. She had poured her heart into them and she wanted to know if he felt anything.

Ushio came out ten minutes later and looked around.

Kaji was sitting on a large rock "So you really want to fight me" he said opening his eyes. He truly wished she had just stayed inside. He jumped off the rock and eyed her "well I guess we better get on with this" he said in a tired tone

She huffed and came up to him. Ushio gently took his hand and sent him into a Genjutsu.

Naka, Kaji, Isamu, and her grandparents were there. And...they were having a family night out.

Naka tugged on Kaji's hand and Isamu was hugging his leg. "Papa can I has lolipop?" she asked eagerly.

Kaji sighed "sure" was his response as he removed his arm from Naka's grasp. He brought his hands up and formed a seal "Kai" he said pouring his chakra into the seal. The Genjutsu faded and he backed away from Ushio " did you want to fight or not " he said in a bored voice. " State your terms for the spar" he said removing his shirt, this left him in only his black ninja pants.

"....fine...." Ushio took off her headband and put it down. "To the death battle." She pulled out a scroll and summoned her sword, the Shinkan.

" Unacceptable " Kaji said as she stated she wanted this to be to the death. " I will not Kill you today " Kaji said simply. He did not turn his back on her " This was to be a spar, not a slaughter "

Ushio smiled and nodded. He had no love for her left, but at least he had some mercy for her in his heart. "Okay then, let's spar. We play with points. Each hit is one point. The winner can have the loser fulfil one wish, any wish."

"I agree to your terms, here are mine" he said moving toward her. "This will be a taijutsu spar, elemental charkra may be applied to the hits but other than that there will be no ninjutsu" Kaji said as he limbered up. "as for the points lets set the limit at 100 " Kaji examined her from head to toe before dropping into the Jūken stance.

"Taijutsu...alright. I have a hard skull." She put her Shinkan down and wrapped some tape around her hands. This was her first time fighting him and she hoped it might let out some stress.

Ushio ran at him and tried to kick him low, knowing he wouldn't make the first move.

Kaji allowed her to kick him in the shin. " 1-0 " he said with a small smile. Kaji tapped her with a gentle fist to her shoulder.

"Kya!" Ushio fell back but got up quickly. She was small and weak and inexperienced at fighting. "1 all." She clenched her fists and came at him. This time, she started to try landing multiple punches, Bruce Lee style. Even going, "HAAAAAAAAA!" when she punched.

Kaji chuckled as she started throwing punches. He was nice about it and let her land a few before he started in on her. "You've been in my range for far to long" he said seriously. He started it the eight trigrams, he was gentle though and only used sixteen. " 17-9 in my favor " he said looking over at her

Ushio winced with each touch, but she held it in. Pain was an ally, not an enemy. She nodded, her hands up in an defensive state again. "You know, we rarely hurt each other physically, don't we?" Ushio grinned and started to circle him, then came in to try another barrage of punches. They were light though, little soft taps like she was poking him.

Kaji nodded in agreement with her statement, they hurt each other more with emotions. "22-17" he said simply before he spun on his heel and frowned at her. "Eight trigrams twenty-eight palms" he said as he tapped her Tenketsu points closed, well twenty-eight of them. "45-22 in my favor" he muttered

Ushio winced again, but she could still hold it. It was only 28. She could handle it. Or, that was what she hoped she could. Since punches would not work directly, she decided to try another tactic. Ushio ran up to him and tried for a high, roundabout kick near his face, but at the last moment, she aimed it higher and past his hair. But then tried to give him a kiss on the cheek as she was up there.

her foot connected with his jaw and he spit blood onto the ground. "first blood to Ushio" he said still frowning as he channeled lightning chakra into his palms. He elbowed her in the back and brought his knee into her gut "lightning style : five spanks" he said coolly. His charged hand hit her bottom five times.

Ushio didn't mean to hit him in the face...she had miscalculated. She was too short for the kiss maneuver to work. Dammit. "Urk...!" When his attacks landed on her, she grimaced and fell to her hands and knees. "Ah....!" When he did the spanks, Ushio froze and struggled not to moan aloud. She got up on shaky legs, bent over and ran over to him, attempting to head-butt his stomach. Her head was her strongest and thickest defense.

She hit him alright, right in the groin. Kaji doubled over in pain. the wind was knocked out of him "Kuso" he hissed as he rolled around in pain.

"Kaji-kun!" 'HOW CAN I BE THIS SHORT?' She ran to him and got on her knees, holding him. "Gomen, gomen, I d-didn't mean to, Danna, gomen." Ushio pressed her lips to his and her hand went down to his injured member, sending out medical and pain-killing chakra to relax him, rubbing it gently. 'My poor baby's hurt,' she thought sadly.

Kaji chuckled as he wrapped his arms around her and brought her over his knee. " Now you pay " he hissed as he pulled down her shorts "lightning style: One hundred and twenty eight spanks". He brought his electrically charged hand across her bottom.

"IYAAAAA!"

Ushio had swirly eyes, dirty underwear and very red cheeks once he was done. She had squealed, squeaked, moaned and groaned throughout the whole set of spanks he had landed. "Da...Danna....Ack..." She passed out from the overload, the pleasure and the shock was too much for her out of practice body.

Kaji chuckled as he got up and collect her. He brought her inside and laid her down on his bed, he tucked her into his bed. "Oh Ushio I still know your greatest weakness" he said quietly.

Ushio mumbled something about chicken. She then reached out and held onto Kaji's little finger, refusing to let go. "...Danna...stay..." she said quietly, her eyes closed. She didn't want him to go, awake or asleep. She wanted him by her side, as her teddy bear as well. That was how she felt when they first met.

Kaji looked down at her, he crawled into the bed with her. Kaji wrapped his arm around her and pulled her close. "mine" he whispered breathing in her scent before sleep took him as well.

Ushio smiled, a happy blush on her cheeks. She held onto the back of his shirt as she slept through the night. She loved the safety of his hold, of his warmth. With him, she felt whole. "I...love you."

Ushio sat up and yawned, that was a great night's sleep. Probably because she had a great teddy bear. She smiled, laid back down and kissed Kaji on the lips again, softly and sweetly and filled with affection. Yes, the little things like sleeping hugging her made her happy. Because she knew though he didn't express his love in big, extravagant ways, he did do it in the tiny extra efforts he made. "Good morning, Danna," she greeted quietly.
